And after several messages they will not call back with results despite leaving several messages. For whatever reason, and I don't know if it's just me or my family specifically, they don't actually care about our health. It seems we are just walking dollar signs. Their front desk staff is nice but they don't want to do their jobs either. They refused to verify our insurance and I had to do all the leg work on that end as well. I also noticed their urgent care sucks as a man with a hurt arm was waiting to be seen at their opening time but they weren't even there to open on time. Save yourself the headache and money and go literally anywhere else for your healthcare needs. I'll update this review if the situation improves but after everything we've experienced this past couple of weeks my hopes are not high.*UPDATE* My provider finally called back with my lab results but this was after I had contacted Quest directly for them. We were told the office staff called the designated office twice in one day but FAILED to follow up in subsequent days. Additionally, we were never notified that they failed to obtain the proper medical clearance for treatment. We found out AFTER we called the day before the procedure to ask a question. The failure of the office staff to perform their duties resulted in cancellation of my husband's procedure. My husband is experiencing dental pain and the failure of the office staff to fulfill their duties and obligations have resulted in extended pain and discomfort for my husband. We have since obtained an appointment with an alternative dental facility; however the lack of medical professionalism from Riverwalk Dental has resulted in unnecessary delay in my husbands treatment.

She then looked at the crown and said you have worn a hole in it so I am unable re-glue it on and thus you will need a new crown at $1,607 !!! I'm wondering if you can tell that by just looking at the old crown, why the photos and Xray with a $145 charge for the office visit that didn't help me at all ? I also had another tooth with an old deteriorating filling. More Xrays and photos, then I was told "you need to see a specialist about this", but no suggestion about who that may be and what may be needed to be done. They don't get to see behind a kitchen they are just served up just like any other restaurant which means that they are to trust the people who feed them THREE times a day. Let me ask you a question. Would you want your high at risk loved one to be put in a facility that uses the WORST selection of fresh ingredients? Or how about bones and cartilage in your enchiladas for someone who has a hard time chewing or swallowing their meals. EVEN THOUGH they are required to be serving "dietary mechanical" Well, that's what this place sees as their standard and how much they care for your family and staff. I'm not a professional on diet planning considering I trained for only a year and a half but I do know that patients want a little more than 2% milk in their potatoes to be "a healthier option". There's lots more healthier options such as the good ol "cauliflower mash" you CAN make food nutritious and taste decent it's what good chefs do. My fiancé and I made my mother a vegan thanksgiving this year for the whole family. Hence I said "whole family" meaning the most important job for thanksgiving (cooking badass food) was done with NO DAIRY NO EGGS NO CHEESE NO BUTTER. And everyone In my family didn't even know. With all this information, My fiancé was treated horribly coming on board to this facility with nothing but pride, bad cooking techniques, dangerous cooking techniques, zero flavor, expected him to remember everyone's specific dietary needs within the first few training days. I was told by my fiancé from the "manager" of this facility that most new hires leave after the first day or so. Now you know why. It's you. It's management. It's the fact you have no dietary training OR management training and if you have it doesn't show. Just because you stay longer somewhere than someone else doesn't mean you can treat them with no respect, kindness, patience or compassion. Most importantly, they spend time talking with them. They know their personal stories and recollections. Of course these qualities of respect for the resident do not come naturally for most, but the tone is set by the director, Danielle Wilson. She is out there on the floor interacting with the residents, though her schedule makes many demands on her. She is always planning and trying to build a stimulating environment.
