We called to set up the consult and our phone call was greeted by a very friendly voice of Chuck who helped get us scheduled. Everyone is so nice, **I should have gone into orthodontics, everyone is so happy here** We came in for the consult and were greeted with water and an awesome check-in experience. Vickie took us on a tour of the whole office which is state of the art, well organized, and beautiful. She helped us with a basic run-down of the experience as well as a little of her personal testimony about braces in general. Both were very helpful as we were clueless. We waited just a bit for Dr. K as she is working in Stone Oak as well for now. Both Vickie and Chuck were talkative and made us feel at home. Dr. K arrived and talked us through the options. She was so thorough and was making us feel understood. She allowed us to schedule the very next week and in order to save time, allowed us to do the pre-braces checklist for pictures and place spacers before we left to save us time. We are at the appointment now to place the braces. They have a variety of payment options to include: CareCredit, an in-house payment plan with down payment, and a percentage off of the total if paid in full. Not sure if this is a promotion but either way, great options. They do take Tricare and are considered in-network which is always a plus. Now for the amenities, I posted pictures which do it no justice but the facility has a brushing station, game room with free Pacman and a charging station for devices. Their medical equipment is top of line. NO GOOPY MOLDS!! They use 3D imaging and it's amazing to be able to see the potential end product. Their X-ray machine is new and very quick. I can't say enough about this place and its staff. We are so lucky to have found them while we are here. Highly Recommend!

Professional - Friendly Environment…read more I had my braces even before I found SA Orthodontics and since I had it overseas I need to find a good place to continue and finished the treatment. I called several ortho places but SA Orthodontics stands out. The friendly voice and helpful attitude of the people I have talked to on the first time and everytime I will call is so consistent. It feels like they do really care and extend the mile just to help out. My first visit I spoke with Simone and Dr. Campbell, Simone explained the treatment plan and payment and Dr. Campbell provide the procedure and information about my teeth and braces. I had an issue with my insurance and I am glad that they still keep on helping me out and reaching out. Dr. Campbell check my teeth and the talk was so straight and brief, and I like it so much as I value so much of time. After following the pre treatment, I immediately came back to put my braces on, and that's where I met Edgar my Technician. He's really friendly and well coordinated with his movement and other AD and Dr. Campbell. Putting my braces on was easy and quick I guess. After putting it on, Edgar explains what will happen and when will I come back. This place is pretty perfect to be honest if you are looking for a place to do your braces, they are all welcoming and the vibes was not dull at all.

The office staff is courteous and efficient- we've never had to wait long, if at all, for our appointment and the office has in house payment plans.
