The dental assistant met me in the parking lot and asked me questions like have I been exposed to CoVID then she took my temperature which was normal. I followed her in and was seated in a comfy dental chair. I rinsed my mouth for 39 seconds and spit it out. The dentist looked at my molar and said I had some particles which she cleaned out. I never have to wait very long in the waiting room. She is very thorough and you can tell her patrons really love her. The staff is great too. My husband said to me recently, "Don't you think she's a little old to be going to a pediatric dentist?" I said I plan on taking her to Dr. Azin as long as she takes her! When my daughter was very young, she received stickers and a small toy. Now that she's older, she gets a toothbrush and floss! She learned that you don't have to fear the dentist (unlike me who had a long phobia of dentists, which I've since gotten over). My friend recommended her and I've recommended her to several friends. It's a rare find to find a really great healthcare professional. She respects her clients and I have nothing but praise for her and her practice. I started working in Huntington last year, asked around for dentist reco's, and kept hearing about Dr. Kalmar. People raved about it and now I see why. As soon as I let them know that I had my wedding coming up, they bent over backwards to get all of my appointments in the allotted time. They even offered an extra cleaning day before my wedding free of charge. Because of all of the appointments needed, I had to see ALL of the different dentists at different times and each one was better than the last. It is such a warm, friendly, welcoming place, and the dentists really make you feel like family when you're with them. They work efficiently, yet in a very gentle manner. Only downside is that they book up quickly so sometimes you have to wait a few weeks to get an appointment. That being said, I've never waited more than 3 minutes in the waiting room so that more than makes up for it :)

Update: apparently this is the business name listing of Dr. Gellerman, there is also a Dr. Inna Gellerman DDS listing, not surprised, they are all 5 stars reviews. Service and bedside manner is tops. Her business and marketing acumen is also being utilized to its fullest. To learn marketing 101, you can go to college or you can hang out in Dr. Gellerman's office for an hour or so, and you'll know pretty much all you need to know for a successful practice. They also do a pretty good job on customer referrals as well as customer retention. They have their own point rewards for gift cards for referrals, and the client is also rewarded when they brush their teeth, wear the Gellerman t-shirt every visit etc. Last year she rented out Elwood Cinemas and invited her entire client list to see the first day release of Star Wars The Force Awakens. Popcorn and soda were also provided free of charge! Today my daughter had a spring in her braces pop out in school. Lisa at the front desk, quickly said, let's get her in here!. Maureen gave me the best exam I have ever had at a dentist. She took all the measurements of my mouth, including all the X-rays, and then used this new technology to capture images of my entire mouth. I could then view them on the screen. And gave me an excellent cleaning. Gentle with no pain. Additionally, Dr. Glackin was amazing. He is smart, funny, and gives it to you stright, but does not make you feel bad about anything. When he came in and looked, he went over all of Maureen's work and then checked each of my teeth.
