You have to go into the smaller doors on the right to get to the hallway where the office is. Don't get turned off by all of this. You come here for the great dentistry not the decor (they recently did have a small remodel however..cough cough..very small). The front desk receptionists can be a little curt sometimes but they are always professional. The hygienists and dentists are all great and cheerful all the time.

People in billing department have been known to scam and insult patients that call to ask why they received a certain bill amount. Even internal staff confirmed that this practice does some shady things to include hygiene and scam customers at the end of treatments so the customers get corned and have no choice but to pay. Will be filling a complaint against this practice as I see people already doing that and have action to be taken against it.

He allayed my concerns by informing me that he would administer sufficient numbing of the area. He did and he massaged the area as well. He frequently asked if I was alright and assured me during the process. Surprisingly, I felt no pain or discomfort. I was so calm and relieved during the process. On my follow-up visit, Yessi did a phenomenal job! She removed my temporary crown seamlessly with swift action. She was relentless in assuring that the crown fit correctly allowing for flossing clearance. I loved how she worked. This young lady was quite proficient and professional and did it in record time! SO GREAT!! They moved to a bigger space literally two building down and it is very nice as well. I came in for a cleaning and then they discovered a few things. My favorite thing besides the kind and professional service was the fact after my cleaning they put Vaseline on my lips. Honestly, that was the greatest feeling ever. Not only are your lips very dry when they are operating it's nice they thought to do that. I've never had anyone put Vaseline on my lips before, I was truly amazed. I will say that's the biggest reason why I stayed and will forever be a loyal client here. I already recommended this place to a few people and told them my experience. They offered to take it out but haven't decided yet since it doesn't bother me. Was this an oversight on her part? Does she have too many patients? Was I a difficult patient? She told me once that she never had a patient with as many problems (I called and came in a lot with problems being a new denture wearer). I'm giving 3 stars because Dr. Lee a fairly good bedside manner and the other people in the office are very nice. Didn't care much for Frances (a little pushy).
