I've been a patient here for 35 years, my mother has been seen regularly for even longer, and now my son is a patient as well. There are staff members who have been here since I was young, and to me, that says a lot about the kind of workplace this is; it is one where people choose to stay and build their careers. Over the years, we've always been treated with kindness, professionalism, and excellent bedside manner. The entire team is knowledgeable, helpful, and truly cares about their patients. As to the negative reviews shown I just haven't experienced or seen any of that behavior. Yes the doctors run late but that's because they are being thorough with the patients. They are this thorough with all patients. And I've never had to reschedule because I was a few minutes late. I just had to wait a little longer.
