The first few days without diapers were a bit anxious for him, and the teachers found ways to help calmly and steadily guide him to where he knew what to expect and we are so excited to hit that milestone! We appreciate the teacher's help with regulating and healthily expressing emotions. We also appreciate the exposure to Chinese language. We know that this age is critical for development, and believe the consistent exposure to his Little Goose environment is helping form additional pathways for our little.

My son had been going here since November of 2024 and we have had incident after incident. He was 2 when he enrolled and full of energy. There would incidents of him coming all covered in dirt and wet pull ups by the time I picked him. I addressed it the owner would say it would be addressed and it would for a few weeks then back to the same thing. Then, he came home with bumps and cuts that would not get reported to me. Had meetings and the owner finally moved him from the care of one of her older workers. But, the last straw was when one of the workers changed my son in front of the door where the parents pick up for anyone to see and on top of that his brand new shirt was ripped that same day like an animal attacked him without a report.

Unfortunately, we made left in November 2024 because I got a new job in the ECE field and was able to take my son with me. Long story short, it did not work out for my son, so I brought him back to Bubbly Tots in August 2025. It's almost been 3 months since he's returned and he has had so much success thanks to the wonderful staff and the amazing structure and activities they provide for the children. I cannot thank Ms. Soni and her ENTIRE team for welcoming us back with open arms! My son shows an increased interest in writing, coloring, and loves going to school. He even looks forward to doing his homework! When we were gone for almost 8 months, he would still ask for his Bubbly Tot teachers (especially Ms. Maria). They have truly made him feel loved and cared for. On the weekends he asks me if he is going to school because he misses it. That alone tells me that they have made a huge positive impact on my son. His current teacher, Ms. Carolyn is amazing with my son has taught him humility, kindness, and instilling confidence in him. Words alone cannot express how grateful I am for Bubbly Tots. The area is so convenient, policies are very straight forward, they care about their children and families, and I always feel super comfortable dropping off my son to school, which is sadly rare to find in preschools and schools nowadays. Considering the facilities and that it is a professionally run preschool and daycare center, I do think they provide great value. Our daughter will be attending TK and the fact that the preschool is right next door to Castro Valley Elementary is extremely convenient as they handle both pickup and drop-off. She grew so much while she was there. The teachers are warm and caring, and you can tell they really love what they do. It was always so nice to be see their arts and crafts hung up right by the front door so that you could see what they had worked on recently. I also thought it was awesome that they spoke Spanish to her. I've struggled to keep that going at home, so it meant a lot to know she was learning and practicing at school without me even being there. The school also did a bunch of family events that we loved. Daddy and Me was always a favorite because we got to come in, watch the kids perform, and do crafts together. They also put on fun things for the holidays, like Halloween and Christmas, where the kids got to celebrate and we could be part of it too. It was great watching her play with her friends and have her show me all her favorite places to play in the outdoor play area. The hours were always great so if you're a working parent you have that peace of mind that you know your kids are taken care of so you can focus on work. We're really thankful for the time our daughter had at ABC Preschool. She made great memories, learned so much, and we always felt like she was in the right place. They provide such good emotional regulation/behavior education in a positive/reaffirming way. I'm always asking the director for tips on child development to use at home. The tuition is an excellent value for the quality of care taken. Overall I am so grateful for how much they have contributed to our son's growth and development...he absolutely would not be so far along without them.

The teachers truly care about the children, and our youngest actually ASKS to go to school now to be with her friends -- which says it all. There's always something fun happening, from themed events to special sensory activities that keep the kids excited to learn and play. We've made great friends through the community and are genuinely sad that our time here is coming to an end. If I HAD to mention one area for improvement, it would be around the daily communication and admin updates -- but honestly, that seems to be a common theme for most daycares on the island. Overall, we're so grateful for the care, kindness, and joy this daycare has brought into our children's early years and especially during COVID. Highly recommend!

They provide all meals and even accommodated my request for vegetarian options both times The teachers are all very good, even at the old Otis location where my daughter went few years ago.My son recently went to the Park Avenue location and very easily adjusted to the teacher Helen. He was always happy to see her and stopped crying at drop off within couple of days. The teachers put in a lot of effort and are very friendly.

Our daughter instantly bonded with one of the teachers (she loves all of them but especially Teacher Ling) and goes to her voluntarily and happily every morning, which warms my heart as a mother and leaves me guilt-free to work and enjoy my day without worrying about my child. Our daughter has never been bitten or injured by another child, which is a huge relief! Also, our daughter loves the food because she comes home with a full stomach everyday. I like how they serve breakfast snack, lunch and dinner so it makes it easy on the parents. The kids are happy here and I would recommend Alameda Park Academy to all families, especially if you have a child reaching milestones early on who could benefit from being in a mixed class with older kids rather than just peers.
