Chris called me back quickly and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, something I was not expecting. He was cordial and upfront about pricing. Shawn, the technician, gave a courtesy call a few minutes before the agreed-upon arrival time and showed up as scheduled. He was able to not only diagnose but (seemingly - fingers crossed) fix the problem. He came across as knowledgeable and professional and worked quickly. Moreover, At Your Service stands behind their work: Shawn offered to come back out if the steam treatment he used didn't take care of the problem. In my experience, repair work gives you any two of professional, responsive, affordable, and competent, but At Your Service managed to check all of those boxes. I would not hesitate to use this company again for future appliance repairs.

But it's an expensive option, so do some research. Again, Max was nice and did help us figure out what was needed.

I verified he wanted to replace the compressor and submitted a claim. A week went by and I didn't hear anything so I reached out for status update and was told he did not hear anything from LG. I again contacted LG and was told email was sent out the same day he diagnosed my problem. I have since left multiple voicemails and no response. It has now been over two weeks and my family is still without a fridge. If this company did not want to do the work I wish they would have stated that when asked in the first place. Funny how they can answer the phone or call back when you try to schedule a service call, but not after they take your money. Poor service and follow through! I would not recommend this business! UPDATE: The business did reach out and offered a solution to fix this miss. I already purchased a replacement appliance so no additional services were rendered. I do appreciate them at the very least reaching out to to try and make this right. Thank you for that. I will increase the rating for this reason.
