I was sent a super user friendly new patient info packet that I was able to complete via my cell phone and get back to them quickly. The staff immediately acknowledged my completion of the packet and thanked me with a friendly note regarding seeing me soon as a New Patient. My concerns were lower back and neck pain, I came in with MRIs which both Chiros took the time to review before any actual adjustments took place. I was asked to return and when I did the beyond welcoming staff educated me on my plan which I then met with one of the Chiros to complete the plan of action to get me back in working order as working from home during the pandemic caused stiffness along with my neck and back pain. Regarding payment, insurance is accepted but mine was out of network so I chose one of the offered packages. They accept Care credit so that was also a plus for me. I've been seeing these Amazing Chiros for a couple months now three times a week and am beyond pleased with my progress. I have even started to attempt gym time since I am able to move with less pain and more ease. This was the first massage experience where I could not wait for it to end. The adjustments to the back made zero difference as well. Evan acts like he works magic, but I did not see any magic happen. They try to aggressively upsell you on something every visit too. Most people do not appreciate being solicited at an appointment. It is very difficult to book an appt, not because they are so booked up, but because they have such limited hours and days they are actually open. They take days, if not weeks, to get back to you. No loss to me anymore after finally trying this place I won't be returning anyway. Evan comes off as very cocky rather than confident. He does not live up to his own hype. His responses to negative reviews are reflective of this as well. I have never seen such unprofessionally ego-driven reactions to feedback before. Most people have some self-control. Thankfully there are so many other options to choose from. I will not be returning to this place!

Having been to other chiropractic practices, where my complaint was treated with massage therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, and perfunctory adjustments, all of which provided some temporary relief, I was not expectant of the result provided by Dr. Cress' whole-body approach assessment and treatment. His complete understanding of biomechanics, and his ability to clearly and concisely describe how my shoulder was being negatively impacted and what could be done to help alleviate the pain, was as impressive as the result achieved: I am pain free after one treatment session! If you are, like I was, initially hesitant to consider chiropractic treatment for an ongoing muscle or joint discomfort, I would enthusiastically encourage you to make an appointment with Dr. Cress at Kinesio Way Chiropractic today for an initial assessment and, if recommended, treatment. The only thing you have to lose is the pain or discomfort that you are currently enduring. Highly recommended by G Sammons
