The worst experience in my life! Their only interest is to make you sign a treatment plan for 6 months even before treating you. If you do not take it, the first visit cost 320$ ! So much for a free consultation they advertise! I had a terrible back pain and called to schedule a same day appointment. The assistant said that the doctor was not there that day and since I wanted to see a doctor right away I thank her and hang up. She called me back and said that the doctor will see me at 12 pm. When I arrived, he was waiting for me, and I explain my problem. he told me that I had a misalignment and it will require 6 months treatment and the cost will be 3900$. All that without even looking at my back!. Told me the first visit will be 320.00$ deducted for the total amount. I kept telling him that I needed to think about that and said I thought the first visit was free as advertised on their website. The answer was that so far I paid nothing! Si basically it is free to speak to him and to listen how much it is going to cost you in the future without even him looking at your problem. I told him that I will pay the first visit (I was such in pain!) but I will have to discuss the balance with my husband. So finally after paying the 320.00$ he took 2 X-rays of my neck , not even of the part of my back where I had so much pain and told me that my spinal cord was not straight and needed a realignment. He then put his hands on the sides of my neck pushed a bit and that was it! He kept insisting for me to sign his plan over and over. I asked him "what s about my back"? So he made me lay down on the chiro table and put down on the area where I suffer, which made a big noise. He started again to tell me to sign his plan saying that he will make me feel better. I had the impression all along to have a bad car sales man front of me pushing to buy his car! No need to say that when I left, I did not have any intention to come back. It s been 3 weeks and my pain increased from my neck to the middle of my back. I am so scared now to repeat this experience with another chiropractor that I am suffering without doing anything. I used to have a wonderful chiropractor in the area who was making me feeling 100% better after only 2 visits, and the pain was gone for a year. Unfortunately he retired, it is why I ended up trying to find another one. I pick obviously the wrong one and ended in this office where they are more interested by making money than your health. My worst experience ever! I will not recommend this office to my worst enemy! I do not know where he got the reviews he has, probably many friends of him because they are totally unjustified! The first rule of a doctor should be to take care of your pain and present you the bill at the end, or telling you the cost of the first visit and proceed to relieve your pain before you pay and not to try to make you pay for a six month plan without looking at what is wrong with your back! read more
