First off, the office has a modern decor and lots of dental rooms. It has a very sterile and clean feeling which is a great thing! My last office was sketchy and a little worse for wear. Dr. Li and his staff are so friendly and caring that I actually like going to the dentist now.....yes that's weird but the level of service and professionalism makes even the most anxious patient comfortable. Everything from reception to hygienists are extraordinarily a cut above. If your looking to for a new dentist that can do basic cleaning to full implants look no further. I can't recommend Montrose Dental enough!

Brooke was incredible with my daughter (which was my primary concern). Moreover, the establishment is spotless, classy and comfortable, the staff amiable and helpful. Thank goodness. Let me tell you about my traumatizing experience at Portage Dental Group located beside a reputable dentist. I accidentally called this dentist's number, asking if it was "Mcleod" dental and they LIED and said it was. What a trap from the very beginning. After I booked, they informed me it was portage dental. So I figured "what the heck I'll try this place out" Little did I know it would traumatize me for years to come. I went in for my appointment one day. I sat in a smelly and dimly lit waiting room with old children toys in the corner. The receptionist then said that the dentist was ready to see me even though there were no cars parked outside....Interesting... Fast forward I was sitting in the dental chair with a bright light blinding my eyes. My eyes were tearing up and I asked for some sunglasses, but I think they were from the dollar store. They didn't help. The blonde dentist lady began the dental work. The puddles of drool were building up in my mouth as she picked away at my teeth, and there wasn't even a dentist assistant. My teeth are EXTREMELY sensitive and when she was picking I said "ow" because she wasn't getting the hint that I was in pain. Every single dentist I've had before would stop what they were doing and ask me if I was okay. She had the WORST attitude and snarked at me saying "keep your mouth open." Then I told her that it hurt and she had the AUDACITY to tell me that there is no way it could hurt me. I do not know where she went to school, because clearly she didn't even acknowledge TOOTH SENSITIVITY. My experience was the WORST experience I have ever had ANYWHERE. Perhaps my experience would have been better if I didnt have this lady as my hygienist. She was TERRIBLE. I am still in shock that she could practice dentistry and deny that her patient was in pain while continuing to pick at their teeth. Hopefully you will have a better experience at a different location. But if she's working there, don't count on it.

My worst nightmare ever... We were referred to Dr. Rullo for 1 cavity treatment/ St.catharines…read moreoffice/ coral kids dentistry and braces www.coralkids.ca. He had 5/5 stars on google review, his staff were available all the time and seemed friendly... I did not have an insurance at that time. His stuff recommended Healthy smile and even applied for it... They are experienced in pushing kids towards Healthy smiles program and use the loophole that exist in this program... They are very experienced with putting kids on emergency call... My kid was enrolled for 1 treatment but once under the anesthesia, Dr Rullo started lying about my kid needing caps for certain teeth and was pushing for it... I entered his office for 1 cavity treatment and came out with 7 caps on my child's teeth without my consent... This sociopath kept even saying my kid needed a frenectomy... He misdiagnosed my kid and recommended the wrong treatment just to please his bank account... My 4 y kid was only a tool for him to cash more from Healthy smile program. I put my complaint against him in Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario... He could not explain why did he go from 1 cavity to 7 caps on healthy teeth... He was found guilty for misdiagnosing/mistreating my kid and got away only with 3 courses as first warning... My kid was bullied at school and picked on since our last visit to this sociopath who has no mercy on children from low income families... we changed school 2 times... my kid feels cheated, lost her self-confidence and still suffering from his treatment... Dr Rullo just turned Healthy smiles program through kids coming from low income families into cashing machine... He is a dangerous sociopath who should not be allowed to treat kids... please come forward if you have a complaint... protect your kids and other little ones out there, share the link. Those kids deserve to have a smile on every day not hiding it because of others' criticism.. DO NOT TRUST Dr Rullo or his judgement especially with the frenectomy, go see a specialist ENT. Have at least a 2nd opinion. Dr. Rullo kept saying my kid needed a frenectomy and it will help with her sleep apnea... I saw 4 different ENTs and sleep apnea specialist... ALL of them agreed my kid does not need a frenectomy (No tongue tie and all good). Plus, there is no link between sleep apnea and lip/tongue-tie... in the contrary, if your kid has sleep apnea, he/she most commonly breath from the mouth and is at risk of dying if anything goes wrong... this sociopath needs to be kept out of frenectomy... May God show mercy on every kid who enters Dr. Rullo office... keep it safe and have always 2nd opinion from specialists... Have your insurance ready and don't be trapped by this sociopath tricks on putting your kid on the emergency call on Healthy smile... that is where the loophole is... Healthy smile allows doctors who put kids on emergency call an unlimited cash... It's incredibly clean (no shoes allowed!) & everyone we have encountered have been super friendly. Yes, you do pay up front but they bill your insurance for you which I found very convenient. The doctor was super knowledgeable as well as kind and they really listened to my daughter's wishes for her care. Gotta love an office that values consent from minors. Will continue taking her to them as long as possible!
