He has a wonderful manner, and is extremely kind, and caring. His office is within the hospital, and is convenient for labs etc.. I am pleased with the excellent care mom received, from his entire OR crew, to Pacu, and entry. Janiffer his OR nurse is a gem, an earth angel giving outstanding attention to all that needs to be done plus! Actually the entire hand picked crew, never worried about mom for a minute. The staff is terrible about returning phone calls or following through on what they say they will…read moredo. I constantly heard " we are here for you", and " I will do that for you and get back to you". Bariatric Surgery and the process alone is anxiety evoking, and it would have been way less stressful if the staff did their jobs or in the very least, followed through on their promises. The office manager, Ashley,never returned my phone call when I reached out to her for help either. They charge a $500.00 fee in addition to whatever insurance doesn't cover. The fee is charged based upon steps that are completed on what they call the "golden ticket". Because of the lack of support and care, I am left feeling as though, I was just a way for the office to make easy money.

Next, she wanted me to do preventative procedures but due to her wording, my insurance didn't cover the majority of her work. I paid their office 680$ out of pocket. The one good thing I got from her was medroxyprogestone to aid in my menopausal bleeding. She wrote it for only two months though and after a week of my pharmacy and I calling and leaving lengthy messages about needing a refill I'm left with none due to no one returning calls. So, if you're not wealthy and you want refills on medications, don't go here.
