Bariatric Surgery and the process alone is anxiety evoking, and it would have been way less stressful if the staff did their jobs or in the very least, followed through on their promises. The office manager, Ashley,never returned my phone call when I reached out to her for help either. They charge a $500.00 fee in addition to whatever insurance doesn't cover. The fee is charged based upon steps that are completed on what they call the "golden ticket". Because of the lack of support and care, I am left feeling as though, I was just a way for the office to make easy money.

The one good thing I got from her was medroxyprogestone to aid in my menopausal bleeding. She wrote it for only two months though and after a week of my pharmacy and I calling and leaving lengthy messages about needing a refill I'm left with none due to no one returning calls.
