I am extremely disappointed with Laser Away and their consistently poor customer service…read more From the very beginning, I've encountered countless scheduling and system issues that have made it impossible to move forward with my treatment confidently. At my first appointment in September, I was told just two hours before my scheduled time that someone else had double-booked my slot and asked to come later. I explained I couldn't due to work, but was told to come in anyway. Then, just 15 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way, I got another call saying they couldn't accommodate me and I would need to reschedule. When I finally showed up for my first service, their computer system was down, and I had to wait around 20 minutes before the technician proceeded. After the session, the system was still down, and I was told someone would call me the next day to schedule my second appointment. I provided my name, but no one ever followed up. I had to take the initiative myself and reach out in January just to schedule my second appointment. For my second visit, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told they had no record of my appointment, forcing me to reschedule again. The recurring system and scheduling issues make me not even want to go back to finish my treatment. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

Dr. Kerin has done a wonderful job of making my skin look youthful and luminous without sacrificing any of my facial features which make me look like myself. When I went to Dr. Kerin, he showed me how injections under my eyes and at my jowls could decrease the deepness of those lines without losing facial structure. I have been to see Dr. Kerin twice and had Juvederm Voluma injected under my eyes, on my cheekbones, and in my jowls. I also got botox around my eyes and on my forehead. My skin looks wonderful.

From lashes to microdermabrasion to facials to laser and more- this Eastchester Spa has everything. Skin & Laser may have their 300 Main St address- but it's deceiving because you'd have to go around the corner and once you see Country Markets as your landmark across the street, then you're finally here. The waiting area smells clean with no harsh artificial scents. And a faint- but calming scent from all of Skin & Laser's facial products linger ever so lovely. The exceptional Dominique is likely Westchester's most in-demand facialist offering face-changing techniques combined with state-of-the-art tech. I personally love it. This review is for my experience with eyelash extensions. I emailed someone from Blvd a week later…read moreto explain my experience and give them a chance to resolve this but another week has past and I've yet to hear back. This was by far the WORST experience with eyelashes I've ever had. It's been two weeks and all of my lashes have fallen out. When I got home, I noticed lashes started to fall out immediately that night but I figured it was just a couple of loose ones so I didn't think anything of it. However, I did notice they were uneven -- the right side had way more lashes than the left. I then noticed they continued to fall out all week. Nobody, not even my sisters noticed I had gotten my lashes done and the whole point of getting lashes is for a noticeable difference! $180 for what?! Also, the technician had her hands all over my face and nose the entire time. They were heavy on my forehead and thankfully I don't have sensitive skin but if I did I could've broken out. When working on my left eye, she kept pushing down on one of my nostrils, blocking it and I have a sensitive nose so that was frustrating!! I've never experienced this before and it was so uncomfortable and felt like this was very new to her. I've been getting my lashes done frequently for the past 3 years. I take care of my lashes and brush them so they last long. I always go to Lash Loft in the city because it was near my office but wanted to try somewhere closer to home since my office moved locations. I've paid the same price for lashes that look even, full, and last over a month because that's what it should be like. Such a waste of money and soooo disappointed. Don't come here for lashes because this is NOT what it should be like.
