He is detail oriented, technically proficient, and he cares about his patients. The cleanings I get from him staff are thorough, his front office staff are great (yea Stephanie!). I can't recommend him highly enough. If I were to make a trip back to Denver, I will see him, even if it is just for the single visit. Valerie worked with me and made sure I maximized all of my insurance coverage during that time. She was always on top of my scheduling and got me in and out as quickly as possible, which I appreciated. Ricky and Dr. Chen work as a team on most of the dental work and you can tell they know what they're doing. Ricky is the most friendly dental assistant, he always made me feel way more at ease when I was feeling really nervous in the chair. Dr. Chen would constantly check in with me and make sure I wasn't too uncomfortable and was also realistic with me on what needed to be done, what was possible and what wasn't. Then there's Lana who does the cleanings. She has taken the time to ensure that I know exactly how to best care for my teeth and you can tell she enjoys her job. And now I'm all cavity-free and without any dental issues! I was actually originally referred to Dr. Chen by another well-known prosthodontist, during an emergency.
