We agreed on the number singed the contract on final number next step was Lori to get the signature done from seller again this was after accepting the offer verbally and agreeing to it. Several hours later I hear back from my agent stating that Lori had more showing done later in the day after working with us and agreeing to terms and they are moving with that offer which is slightly offer than ours but she never gave my agent any indications how much more we have to come. So it was not ethical or professional being a real estate agent to operate in such a manner. It does tells you a lot about the business practices adopted by the agent and the agency she represents. Such a shame stay away from these people and this agency.
