More Details: I contacted Leo (owner) of Jordan Painting to repaint my 3,000 sqft, 3 floor house that I recently purchased but haven't moved in yet. Leo was professional, responsive and showed up for our initial walkthrough on time on a Tuesday to discuss what needed to be done. His prices were very reasonable and his crew began work the very next day on a Wednesday. Because we had movers scheduled for that following Monday. Leo and his crew rose up to the challenge and worked from 8 in the morning until 11pm at night and finished what should've been a 1 week job in 3 days time without additional cost. Afterwards certain parts of within my walls had issues where the nail head in my sheetrock was loose creating "nail pops" against the paint. Leo himself came out, drilled open holes and moved the nails and repainted and refinished all the bad sections again over a 2 day period. Excellent follow up in resolving an issue that was not his to begin with. My walls look excellent now. Because of his high quality work as well as responsibility and ownership I immediately hired him as well to refinish and restain my outdoor deck. His crew showed up early and got it all done to perfection. I cannot highly recommend Jordan Painting enough.

He removed 40 year old wallpaper that I tried to do on my own for 15+ hours with little success. He then painted my kitchen to perfection. After that job, I called him to do major sheetrock repair and painting on short notice. He finished the job in one afternoon even though it was a 2-3 day job (I needed it done immediately as the house was going on the market the next morning). Once again, the job was done perfectly. We had popped nails, cracks in plaster, and a section of ceiling that had a loose plaster wedge pointing to the floor where the lathe cement had pulled away. With each of these issues David worked his talents and you would never know these ever existed. D&D is also quick without compromising on quality. Once of the reasons is he doesn't use tape; and he doesn't need to. His brush talents allow him to frame walls and meet door frames without running onto the other surface. He is very thorough about cleaning his worksite including wiping down surfaces after he has sanded spackle. David will paint whatever color is requested because you are the customer, but he is willing to add his decades of experience with colors when asked. And we asked. His input has been incredibly valuable. His most recent job in our home consisted of several rooms and the repair and painting of two closets. The first project, several years ago, involved painting multiple interior rooms and crown molding. Most recently, I hired them to paint three new structural porch columns and my front door. While that may sound like a straightforward job, it really wasn't. Black structural columns are not something you see every day, so preparation, product selection, and attention to detail were critical to getting the look I wanted and ensuring the finish would hold up to the elements. Bob came out to provide the estimate. He was professional, easy to work with, and, most importantly, took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve and the concerns I had about the project. He was also able to get the work scheduled within the same week. I worked closely with Ron, who I believe was the lead painter on the job. He was incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I supplied the INSL-X primer recommended for fiberglass columns and discussed paint options with him. He agreed with the approach and helped ensure the project was done the right way rather than just the fastest way. The work took two full days and exceeded my expectations. The crew took great care to protect my brand-new porch, covering the decking and railings thoroughly so there was no risk of paint getting where it didn't belong. What really stood out was the follow-up. Both Bob and Ron checked in independently after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. They also made it clear that if any issues came up, they would come back and make it right. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It's refreshing to work with a company that still takes pride in doing quality work and standing behind it. Also, the contract had a 20% markup that I question and he said it was for Insurance What ? They did a lousy job do not hire this company Oscar had an excuse for everything when I asked why they took off as soon as I paid them. He said it was going to rain and they didn't want to get wet well it did not rain.
