And conveniently you have to email your warranty claims, of course so they can say they didn't get your email or never get back to you. I do not recommend them.

Pristine Roofing was retained by the Builder for our custom home built in 2018…read more The shingles went on with no apparent problems along with a layer of Breathex roof underlayment (paid extra) which is supposed to prolong the life of the shingle installation. They also installed the eves trough, fascia, and downspouts. Roofing companies don't install drip edges anymore (if they can get away from it to save cost). While some don't, our eves troughs were leaking in behind the troughs and back into the fascia which would cause rot. When we reported leaks, they came back and attempted some repairs in one or two locations. Not only did the leaks continue but we observed another leak in different area of the fascia. This other leak was right over our sidewalk creating a slip hazard. It seems you need to be a roofing expert to inspect their work because they clearly don't inspect their own work. They eventually returned and fixed the leak over the sidewalk but the ineffective repair on the other side of the house still remains. We are waiting for them to return again. This repair effort has taken over two years "because of weather conditions". They wait until the end of the season right before winter and when the repair didn't work they said they had to wait until spring the next year. If you have patience, maybe you can accept waiting while the water does unseen damage (which they won't address) but, in my opinion, the first attempted repair should have fixed the problem. I can only assume they are sending out rookies for repairs that don't know what they are doing. That would be fine if they had an experienced person overseeing their work but this was clearly not the case. Unless someone is paying them for their time, they don't seem to be interested in being accountable for their work. My experience is likely one of the reasons why they are NOT a top rated roofing company. We are still waiting for the proper repairs to be made (2022). Another problem we had were downspout installations. We live in an area with higher-than-normal winds. They use a single aluminum arm that affixes to the downspout with one screw and a notch on the other end to slide over a single screw on the outfall portion of downspout that raises and lowers. When the wind blows, the arm eventually falls off. Other roofers who worked on other houses in the area created a loop that swings down over the hinged section to keep it up. This seemed to be more stable as none of those ever fell off. Whatever shortcuts they can take that they can get away with is how they proceed. They don't seem to be interested in providing a better installation when a better installation option is available. Just cheaper. My impression, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately for us, we paid and our Builder selected this subtrade.

We've been dealing with Nisby for the last 2 years and it's been nothing but utter disappointment…read more Their work is horrible, the facia on the garage came off and was dangling for months, screws backing out, loose siding, damaged shingles, dents in various spots and leaking gutters just to name a few. They've come back several times to "fix" their work but were still left with a crap job and disappointments. If you can't do a decent job or hire decent contractors please don't take peoples hard earned money. If you wanna pay a company for good work and a good price THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU. TRULY REGRET using Nisby and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

The plumber took nearly two weeks to finish bathroom reno because he had other jobs going on...Painting in bathroom started pealing only after 5 months. Instruction regarding size and colour of the ceramic tiles in the kitchen were not followed. There is probably more but my inlaws are probably to embarassed to tell us because they were taken in by this supposedly reputeble company. Anyone looking for a job should probably watch 5 episodes of Holmes on homes and be better qualified to do the jobs that were done at my inlaws.
