Ge could see me. He stayed in his truck for a good 3-4 minutes which was very unprofessional to start with. That didn't impress me at all. I began to think that he thought he was at the wrong address. When I showed him the things that needed to be done, he was very honest and offered to do one room first so I can approve the tone of the lacquering. He impressed me that he was so accommodating....he redeemed the situation (at that time). However!!....I never heard back for a week so I reached out to him. He then said that they have been thinking on my project and came to the conclusion that they were unable to take this on. I responded that I wasn't impressed. I waited....no response...and when I did the reaching out, they cannot help. He then said that he needed to check if he would be able to help. After almost another week, and again no response, I reached out. His response was then that he doesn't have a skilled person to do lacquer work. What!!!...all the companies that I had been dealing with handle all aspects in painting ,lacquering, etc. I would NOT recommend dealing with this company. He wasted allot of my time. Very disappointing. Couldn't help, had no follow thru on communicating with a customer.

I never heard from Ron (owner) and supervisor called at 6:30 that evening. way too late. I was very angry! again promised the best and got this painter who showed up and I swear if he moved any slower I would have pulled my hair out. He spent more time running back and forth to his house for forgotten tools etc. who leaves their paint brushes at home??? Another painter came 2 days in and if not for him I would still not have the work done. The work was ok not great! Would not hire again!

Is there a rating above 5 stars? There should be!…read more I bought an old estate sale house from 1923, and it needed a LOT of work. Huge vertical cracks going up the main staircase, tons of small holes and cracks on the upper landing, and one whole bedroom coated in nightmarish 70s wallpaper. This was going to be a massive job. Chris, Tony, Ivan and a couple other helpers got in here and worked their butts off for over a week. When the wallpaper was removed in the bedroom, it revealed a GIANT horizontal crack and a bowing wall, and "freak out" doesn't even begin to describe what I was doing. Chris talked me down from the ledge and let me know that they had seen it plenty. The lathe had just pulled loose from the studs, and all they had to do was sink some heavy duty screws in and tighten everything up, then plaster over it. OMG, y'all. They worked a miracle, and now have my business for life!! I'm still in the process of beginning to prime and paint everything, but I'm so impressed with their work and their professionalism. A+.

They were very tidy and cleaned up all waste material. They were also able to repair some hail damage to my stucco and repaired a brick container on our front step. They've come back several times to "fix" their work but were still left with a crap job and disappointments. Probably has too much work and not enough experienced tradespeople working for them. The plumber took nearly two weeks to finish bathroom reno because he had other jobs going on...Painting in bathroom started pealing only after 5 months. Instruction regarding size and colour of the ceramic tiles in the kitchen were not followed. There is probably more but my inlaws are probably to embarassed to tell us because they were taken in by this supposedly reputeble company. Anyone looking for a job should probably watch 5 episodes of Holmes on homes and be better qualified to do the jobs that were done at my inlaws.
