The store is on the second floor of an office building. There are a couple of display cases with some wonderful pieces but this is the kind of place you go when you want something really special custom created just for you. It's clear they are passionate about their craft and are honored to be a part of our special celebrations. They worked within my tight deadline and even stayed late so I could pick it up after work. I'm so pleased with the engraving but even more excited about having someone in the neighborhood I can trust. I picked up one ring and dropped another off... my wedding ring to be resized. What a gift it will be to be able to wear it again. If you are looking for something special and prefer to work with someone who treats you like family, give them a call.

He was rude and dismissive the whole time and on the phone and said " I walked in and saw this guy waiting for me and now have to look at this dumb ring I'll call you back later" and yes it turned out to be fake but he didn't need to act like an A Hole during that.

We have been working directly with the owner, Cliff, who has been a delight to work with so far. Walking into this store feels comfortable and familiar. It doesn't have that uptight air that most jewelry stores have; you feel at ease. You can often find Tom Petty playing on the radio, and you are always greeted with a smiling (though masked!) face from the other side of the counter. Can't recommend this store enough.

I am not a great jewelry shopper especially diamond rings. I will be honest for me any jewelry store is overwhelming and confusing. Ms. Jayshree was the expert who helped us to buy the right diamond ring with an excellent price. She exactly knows how to put the human element into the business deal. She genuinely connected with us and actively listened our requirements. I asked her several questions about diamonds and rings. She educated us with all the information we needed to know about diamonds. She explained in a very simple way and with a lot of patience. For example, we learned about brilliant and fancy-shaped diamonds, and discover which diamond shape will suit my niece's style preferences. At the end, we did not feel any pressure from her to buy from their store since she had given so much of her time to us. I think her humbleness and just being an awesome individual helped us to buy the right ring from them. Also, Mr. Anant helped us with the pricing and other logistics to make this process simple, easy, and faster. Mr. Anant was friendly and truly knows his products. The store is beautiful, well-organized, and clean. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the entire process was efficient and painless. I was so impressed, I wanted to say thanks once again to Ms. Jayshree, Mr. Anant, and other sales crew at the store. The beautiful ring was ready as per the given date and was even more beautiful than we expected. Complete satisfaction with our purchase at 22 Karat. Once again, Ms. Jayshree and Mr. Anant are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks, Avani K. Thakkar

This time I will go to someone else to get it fixed. Over $100 down the drain. Very disappointed with both the service and quality.

Sergio and Jay, the owners, run a first-class operation. Whether you're purchasing diamonds, fine jewelry, or high-end watches--or selling gold, estate jewelry, or timepieces--you can feel completely confident you're being treated fairly. In a space where it's often hard to know if you're getting the right value, Sergio operates with total transparency and integrity. That level of trust is rare. Most recently, I had them design an engagement ring, and the result was flawless. I brought in inspiration photos, and they executed it exactly as envisioned--down to every detail. The craftsmanship, diamond quality, and overall finish exceeded expectations. Their selection is simply unmatched. From stunning diamonds to an impressive inventory of fine watches, they consistently carry pieces you won't find elsewhere. Bottom line: if you want honesty, expertise, and a team that truly stands behind everything they do, Jonathan's Fine Jewelry is the only place I recommend.

When we arrived, another customer was checking out. We overheard her mention that the total was more than she expected and that she needed to call someone to send her more money. When it was our turn, we let the employee know it was our first visit and asked how the process worked. Instead of explaining it, she replied, "You just pick one," in a dismissive tone and then simply stared at us without offering any guidance about the chains, charms, pricing, or how the permanent jewelry process worked. A few moments later, a group of women who were not African American walked in. We watched the same employee warmly greet them, explain that they could try on the sample chains, and hand them the display so they could see the different options. This was the exact information we had asked for but were never given. That difference in treatment made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As African American customers, we couldn't help but wonder if we were being judged. We can't know the employee's intent, but the contrast between how we were treated and how the next group was treated was hard to ignore. We ended up leaving without making a purchase and went to another jewelry store instead, where we received excellent customer service and happily got our matching bracelets and anklets. We were genuinely excited to support this business, so this experience was very disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages the staff to greet every customer with the same level of kindness, patience, and respect, especially first-time visitors who simply want to understand the process.
