I called Dr. Quesada- Fox's office because they are close to my home and accept my insurance. I got way more than I bargained for. Their staff was friendly and warm, got me on the schedule much quicker than expected. They were awesome when I arrived for my first appointment and examination. The doctor took her time to get to know me and did a comprehensive examination. I've already been referred to an endodontist for some additional work and have a cleaning scheduled. Their follow up is impressive, and I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I went to my appointment, underwent the procedure, and paid the exact quoted amount in full before leaving. However, weeks later, they slapped me with a surprise bill for an additional $300 that was never discussed or agreed upon. Charging patients extra fees after services are rendered and paid in full is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and urge this office to review their quoting and billing transparency.

The process involved three visits and could not have been more stress-free and comfortable. Although not done for cosmetic reasons, it mattered greatly to me that my appearance would not be changed and that the end result would preserve my original, natural smile. I could not be more pleased by the end result. I still have my unique smile without any suggestion of having had "anything done" except, perhaps, for an enhancement that has definitely restored a more youthful appearance. Thank you, Dr. O'Neal. So the first week I was in St. Pete, I noticed his sign out front and the fact that he had the above hours and I have been going to him ever since. I really liked the secretary he had when I first started with him... she left and he hired another. I personally did not think he would have success hiring not one but TWO great office people but he managed it. I walk in.. I don't have to sign in but I would if I had to and I'm greeted within minutes. I call and I'm not just a name. I get in and out.... none of this waiting around to be seen making you think that maybe somebody is double booking. And how many dentists would not hesitate to submit a design for a crown?
