He arrived and diagnosed that a new well pump was needed. Ours was very old, and he said he would try to install one either the next day or if not, then the following day. He said to check around 5:00 to make sure it wasn't a water issue caused by the drought, but we had decided we were going to go forward either way because ours was old and not operating at peak performance. He told us how we could hook up to our neighbors' water (with their permission) until we got it fixed. They came out the very next day and installed it. Very pleasant and personable.

Not knowing what to do, I called the company office number to leave a voicemail so that first thing in the morning, someone would see it and hopefully be able to help. Five minutes later, at 2:35AM, the owner called me. After reassuring me that everything was okay, that this happens and how to turn the system off until he could get there, he said "I'll come right now if you want, but I recommend you go back to sleep for a couple hours and I'll be over around 5am once I know my trucks are moving for the day. That way if we need any parts I don't have on hand, the shops will be closer to opening." The owner came over when he said he would. I apologized to him that I called so late and woke him, that I didn't think anyone would hear the office line until the morning. He looked at me funny - "How could I let one of my customers go through a cold night without me being there for them? I believe in 24/7 service." This wasn't an employee showing up or answering the phone, this was the owner forwarding the office number to his cell phone and leaving it on loud every night JUST IN CASE someone needs help. The owner and this company knows its trade - he confidently and quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and let me know how I could prevent it in the future. When I bought my house, the previous owners made one recommendation - Willow Grove Oil came highly recommended to them from the previous home owner, and they loved everything about the company and its owner. I better understand why after this experience and I will never switch oil companies. Looking forward to one day recommending this man and his company to the next person who buys my house.

When I called them back over to fix a couple other lingering issues, they arrived as a team, delegated assignments, and finished quickly. (Spared me a vacation day at work!) I have limited knowledge whether they cost more or less than others. That's all well and good, it probably happens all the time, but they left the job without telling us it happened! So for over a week my tub would not hold water as there was no drain stoppage happening. Had to call them again. They came back, admitted it was their fault but still made us pay to replace it a couple days later. To this day it still won't stop draining. Even after they supposedly fixed it and made us pay. I have to use a rubber stopper disc. Didn't want to call them again and pay even more money. So I guess I just have a broken bathtub drain until I call a different company. The drain worked 100% fine before they did their original work. Had things been handled differently I would feel that the issue was resolved fairly. However, I believe that they should've paid the small replacement fee themselves considering it was their fault and they inconvenienced me by not reporting the broken drain during the original job. I also feel they could've done a better job of fixing it because it's still not the way it was before they originally broke it. I cannot recommend them based on these issues.
