I know how to restart it but it wasn't working, they pointed out that dust buildup was preventing it and fixed it in no time. They didn't charge me for this quick fix! Second time, my frost free hose broke because I ignorantly did not disconnect it in the winter. They fixed it at a great price and explained why you need to do this in detail, I really appreciate that. I can't recommend these guys enough.
