Many told me a few days or the next morning at the soonest. Some even wanted to charge an emergency rate for a scheduled visit the following day or even two days later. Thankfully Victor from Home Advantage Plumbing called me back just as I was losing hope and found a way to fit me into his already busy schedule. Not only did he arrive right on time, I got a text when he was on his way. Victor came in and went over the extent of the damage, taking extra care not to track in dirt or damage anything. He then politely excused himself to price out the job. He returned with a clear action plan with backup plan priced out to help alleviate some of my anxiety. Victor came in under the best price I could have hoped for and did and absolutely beautiful job on what I believed to be impossible without opening multiple walls. He was so engaging and informative explained possible issues and once it was diagnosed got the heater fixed. They were here a little under 2 hours. He was honest enough to explain that I shouldn't waste anymore $$$ repairing this heater by explaining the life span and what my next steps would be. I'm totally satisfied and would highly recommend.

I know how to restart it but it wasn't working, they pointed out that dust buildup was preventing it and fixed it in no time. They didn't charge me for this quick fix! Second time, my frost free hose broke because I ignorantly did not disconnect it in the winter. Spoke to the owner. Bruce is not to worry. I'll get you somebody there tomorrow early afternoon is that OK? And I said yes definitely I got a phone call this morning that they were 40 minutes away and they got there in 40 minutes two men came in came out did it without even batting and eyelash. I've never seen anybody worked so beautifully and so nice. I hope I don't have to use them again for the water heater, but I do know where to go to an experienced plumber.
