There's been a time when a specialist was needed and I felt very comfortable with his decision. His office fee is very reasonable with or without insurance. He doesn't turn someone away for whatever reason. The staff is courteous, friendly, and competent. You don't wait 48 hours to get a reply to requests like so many doctors offices. The wait time in the waiting room is almost nonexistent, which is a miracle! YES! I highly recommend Dr. Rendon. Oh, and be prepared for his dry sense of humor!

Her nurse called me and said that I had a calcium score of 1365 and 4 blocked arteries, two of which were 70%. She went on to tell me that Dr Hanna wanted me to call in Sep to make an appt in Dec. What?? I thought I was dying. I called her office for an earlier appointment and the clerk informed me that Dr Hanna could not see me until December. Luckily, my PCD referred me to another cardiologist who is going to complete the appropriate testing and follow-up care.

The waiting time in his office is minimal, he is always there and I have even gotten out of his office before the scheduled time I was to see him. When my husband started to complain of heart flutters I told him the only doctor I wanted him to see was Dr. Wallace. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a cardiologist. Of all my doctors, he is only one (of the two doctors) that sees me every single time. His RN nurse practitioner will see you to get your history but he comes in to talk with you, he makes me feel safe.

When i arrived the bait and switch happened. I was to be charged $200 'just the first time' because i was a new patient and they refused to run the check up through my health coverage because they 'couldn't trust' that blue cross would pay them or that my insurance was real I have worked at doctors offices and my entire family are physicians, the office can call the insurance company in five minutes to discover that i am a member (despite giving them my insurance card) and also find out whether my annual physical was covered (it is). If you do not want to bill insurance companies, do not accept insurance, it's that simple. He is still considered an in-network doctor on my insurance plan and i plan on calling them to report him for fraud. The trick here is, the doctor gets $$ from you and then they bill the insurance as well, getting paid twice for the same visit. Scammer doc stay far away

One time when I had a cold, I called in expecting to make an appointment for the next few days and I was able to be seen THE NEXT HOUR! Couldn't believe it! I never have to wait in the waiting room for longer than 5 minutes and Dr. Herman listens to all of my symptoms and really cares about how I'm feeling.
