She cold and abrupt and the whole administrative staff follows suit. The Drs my wife has seen are great, but the experience with the staff is unbelievably horrid. They don't send bills or statements. You're supposed to guess if you have a balance and boy do they hit the collections button quickly. I consider myself a wonderful credit risk as does my credit score, but they don't inform you in any way how much you owe. We drove an hour to get to my wife's appointment only to have the staff say, $100 before the Dr sees you and then settle up for the full price before you leave. Then they'll refund you what the insurance pays. WTF? My wife isn't a deadbeat patient. We paid everything they asked after each appointment, we never received a statement, a bill or access to a portal. Something tells me that their billing is unorganized and inconsistent. Steer clear of the Voorhees office. They'll screw you up, down and 2 times sideways. Horrible office and horrendous staff. I don't know why some of the excellent Drs aren't aware of the front facing staff's cold and rude demeanor. Needless to say my wife asked for her $100 back and said good riddance. 2 hours of driving to hear something a phone call could have explained. Maybe the staff is just lazy and dumb. Could be that's the best they could do when hiring.

The best part is knowing that they really care about their customers. Well, actually, the best part is that the people at Spechler Optical don't treat me like a bottomless pocket. I have been wearing a frame called the 2.5 by Italee for the last eight years. They meet all my needs. Italee also does the lens work in house, sometimes when a company uses an outside lab they blame each other for any problems. The frame is light, the lenses, the most advanced progressives made. I replace my glasses about every 18 months because I have diabetic retinopathy. I call Italee and ask them to recommend an optician in the area I am living. This time they recommended Spechler Optical. It is an independent optical shop. Next door is an optician, who happens to be Mr Spechler's brother. I had my script from another Dr. I brought it to Mr. Spechler. It was the best eyeglass buying experience of my life. Mr. Spechler is incredibly knowledgeable about glasses. I spoke to him over an hour about what I wanted. I was so impressed I bought two full pairs. The glasses are perfect. they are fashionable, and more importantly my vision is the best it can be. He is very fair with his prices. He was hundreds of dollars cheaper than his competition. In short, if you want the best service, and prices go to Spechler optical. I strongly recommend them.

VERY personable doctor that explained about the surgery and the fact that after the surgeries I would no longer require glasses for driving. He recommended Dr. Ekta Patel do the surgeries. Eyes were done two weeks apart at Moorestown and I have absolutely no complaints. The lady that did both check ins, preop steps and taking you to the surgery area is Professional-Proficient and a nice person. My second eye was done 05-29-26 and the tech (I wish I knew her name) that established my IV should be teaching others how to perform it correctly and painlessly.
