This weekend my basement flooded again. I called a different local company who came this morning and cleared a huge amount of roots that would have taken 3 years, and likely many more, to build up. I don't know what Econo Drain did last year but thankfully I didn't choose the hydro jet option which was over $1,000. Used to be a great company- reliable and honest. Not under the new ownership.

After their equipment got stuck and more technicians had to come out, 4 employees spent nearly 4 hours in our basement and told us the line was free n clear & the job was done. Lie Two weeks later our drain backed up again. When I called, I was told the service wasn't guaranteed and I'd have to pay another $550 for them to return. In a condescending way he told me I should have taken the advice of his technicians and done hydro jetting. On their Facebook page, they post they are hiring technicians with no experience necessary/ will train on the job. So their technicians of high experience are always right? That should have been my first red flag. 2nd Red Flag is we didn't realize they are under new ownership. We were never shown the camera footage they claimed that proved the line was clear. Instead we were told we should have read our receipt that there's no guarantee. I had to hire another company KSK Sewer & Drain Cleaning who removed a extra large amount of tree roots that clearly hadn't been cleared. Kevin was great & very honest. He told me I don't know what Econo did but clearly they didn't clear the sewer line completely. His service is also guaranteed for 8 months. The service, communication and the lack of accountability by Econo Sewer is beyond frustrating. Do not waste your time or money.

After getting the run around from 2 other plumbing companies; Keith came to the rescue. My wedding…read morering had accidentally been flushed. After being told my ring was found (from another company but was going to cost thousands to retrieve; my husband and I looked at other options.) another company came in and told us the following day there was no ring, my heart broke; but I was not giving up. When I contacted Keith he came and scoped the pipe and located it within minutes. I was relieved. Only to then be crushed when it disappeared upon retrieval. Keith spent hours trying to locate my ring even going through cutting through a pipe to get to it. He truly showed compassion and empathy for this devastating incident. Prior reviews may have expressed concern about punctuality, but there is no way to predict how long a plumbing issue might take to repair until the plumber actually arrives to assess the issue... So trust that your job will be done as thoroughly and well by Jeff or his brother as the one that may have caused a late arrival.
