Not only were they courteous and prompt in their replay, but they were able to write a policy that effectively bundled my auto and home with the same coverage and saved me a few dollars in the process. Going forward, if I have to contact my insurance company for information concerning coverage or claim, I have a comforting voice to respond to my needs. Dealing with an online insurance group is fine when you sign up. But when you have to go through a dozen prompts, representatives not returning your calls, and then having your claims be forgotten or lost, its time to move to more personal service. But then they turn around and want more documentation after you give them what they want. Now they asking for personal bank statements. I have gotten nowhere with this. I feel as though are just beating around the bush. I have had to take two days off because they refuse to approve the claim for me to get a rental. They were calling people from my call logs that I provided without permission. I feel like this is borderline harassment and invasion of privacy. Go elsewhere for auto insurance.
