When I found out that my previous insurance company cancelled me after my car was broken into and many items stolen while parked in a hotel parking lot in Buffalo, NY, I called Solis Insurance Group. Not only were they courteous and prompt in their replay, but they were able to write a policy that effectively bundled my auto and home with the same coverage and saved me a few dollars in the process. Going forward, if I have to contact my insurance company for information concerning coverage or claim, I have a comforting voice to respond to my needs. Dealing with an online insurance group is fine when you sign up. But when you have to go through a dozen prompts, representatives not returning your calls, and then having your claims be forgotten or lost, its time to move to more personal service.
