He was in pain afterward, and instead of showing concern or apologizing, the office manager, Bree, completely dismissed the situation. What made the situation even worse was her attitude. She was rude, condescending, and actually laughed while I was expressing concerns about my child being injured. At no point did she apologize or show any empathy whatsoever. Instead, she acted like I was overreacting for being upset that my child was hurt during a dental procedure. Accidents may happen, but how a business responds says everything. This office chose to be dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional instead of taking accountability and treating a concerned parent with basic decency. I will never return here and would strongly recommend other parents think twice before trusting this office with their children.

The last visit that I was here there was a young new dentist who tweaked my treatment plan to her liking, even shaving my teeth and adjusting some other things. Today I came in and there's new staff here. I happened to just ask what my current balance is (knowing it was $150) this lady tells me $450 and demands that it's paid now. I explained that what I show is different based on a ledger was sent to me in May. She then said I can show you a ledger and I said I can show you one as well....she goes to speak with the insurance/billing person and comes back and said you're correct, you don't owe anything today, I replied I know, she batted her eyes and said I'm just letting you know. I responded and I was letting you know as well upfront that I didn't owe anything this entire interaction was pointless. -sidebar.....as I sit in the chair the staff is in the X-ray room playing Rock Paper Scissors. My appointment was at 8:30. I've been here since 8:10, the new dentist has come to the reception area to make coffee lol and I'm sitting here smh. Now I'm in a chair, mind you I was the first person here. 4 more patients are called back and immediately worked on (by the techs and the dentist goes to the chair next to me and greets the patient) I get up, go to the front to let them know that I was the first person here for an 8:30 appointment and I'm not going to sit here and allow others to be treated before me. The dentist stops in his steps from starting on the patient and comes over, greets me and says so you're getting started on Invisalign today......no sir I've been wearing Invisalign for over a year!!! So then he looks at my chart and the notes from the previous visit and I can tell he was trying to make the best of the situation but at this point I was very unhappy. Fast forward to today. 7/26 (this review was started over a week ago). My son had an appointment scheduled for last week. On Sunday night they text us and said all appointments for the following day have been canceled. So on Monday I told my son (18 year old) to call to reschedule. He called and they rescheduled him for mid August......no, that's not going to work because he's moving to NYC in August for college. I asked them to reschedule him for something sooner. Which puts us to today. It's now 1:21 and my son has been waiting to be seen for his 12:00 appointment. So at 12:30 I told him to ask how much longer it would be. After he asked they seated him in a chair. At this time, he's still waiting to be seen....which all he needed to do was pick up his darn trays. At this point I'm ready to speak with management or corporate. So if you're reading this please call me. We pay out of pocket for both treatment plans and expect better services than this. If we wanted to feel like we were at The county clinic or any other Medicaid office we would have taken our business there. Excuse any typos but at this point I'm very upset and I'm sure you get the gist of my message.

Chardae was rude and uneasy because she thought she would lose her job. I feel Rob and didn't really to get the experience I wanted, I was not getting the proper training, because of the drama that's at hand, Sandra was on her phone the whole time, This place is not what I expected. But a mouth guard couldn't fix it because it's more of a central nervous apnea, meaning my brain forgets to tell my lungs to breathe. Doc referred me to a lung specialist who fixed me up with a CPAP. 70 days of using it and my life and sleep have improved drastically. He and his staff are just the best! They are truly focused on customer care and comfort. I'm very claustrophobic and they were extremely helpful so I could get the dental work done that I needed. They are constantly working to learn the newest techniques and procedures to bring their patients the best possible. I won't ever go anywhere else!
