His appointment took place on 6/20/25. Prior to the appointment, our insurance coverage was verified; however, neither the Allowed Amount nor the Patient Responsibility was confirmed. As a result, I was overcharged $633.60. Despite my repeated requests, the Arlington office has refused to issue the refund I am owed. Initially, I was told that a refund could not be processed until my insurance provider issued payment. That payment was made on 6/25/25, yet the refund has still not been processed. I have contacted both iKids Arlington and D4C Dental Brands on multiple occasions (7/10, 7/18, 8/11, and 8/13) without receiving an explanation or timeline for resolution. Dr. Randy, I understand you no longer own the practice, but you are the reason my family has stayed with iKids all these years. I have never experienced an issue with iKids Mansfield, so this review is not directed at them. However, I cannot recommend iKids Arlington. Patients should ensure the office verifies all aspects of insurance coverage, including allowable amounts and patient responsibility, before receiving care.

We get there and a guy says it's closed because the air is out but there is one person inside. Not sure why they didn't update the phones to say they're closed but I go inside and thankfully the dental asst looks at the picture, agrees we need to be seen and gives us an ice pack, directing me to another location. I'm a little frustrated but I head to Arlington because it's closest. Got to the Cooper location at 2:05p. Sign said lunch from 1p-2p. Waited and waited but they still never unlocked the door. I tried it three times. And of course, repeated calls here are unanswered also. Watched other people try the door. Watched UPS try the door. It's now 2:50 pm. My still bleeding kid has yet to be seen. Just throw all the iKids locations away at this point. This is ridiculous. Update @ 3:10p: Someone called back from Arlington Cooper and advised the office closed early because the doctor was sick. A second closed office today with no note on the door or updated message on the phone system. Sigh...

A fillings replacement that should've been 40 minutes was only 10 because the dentist was in such a rush to finish. I had asked for them to use laughing gas but they didn't so I felt everything as I have a very low pain tolerance.
