Definitely start the process online before arrival. It also helps with wait time if you already are established with TGH MyChart. Receptionist was friendly and helpful during the process after arrival. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The APRN on duty, Lauren H., was very helpful, patient, and kind. She provided helpful advice & sent medications to my pharmacy. I was provided with a letter for work. Lauren also explained what I should do if symptoms got worse.

Normally you feel like more of a 'copay & chart', nothing else. Nina up front is always so positive and friendly, she really helps make the whole process tolerable. Humanity in the doctor's office?! Bonus points for SPFC! Give that girl a medal! I saw a doc recently for a minor issue...great doc with a comfortable vibe...the tension just vanished out of the room right when she walked in. Nice experience! Normally I tend to feel dread when the doctor starts talking. I don't run into many examples of excellent, friendly *and* professional service these days, so SPFC is in a small class...it was a good enough experience that I felt it deserved the effort of an online review!

When contacted by MRI, SPFC stated that the patient has the order and needs to bring it, this means I'm going to have to miss more work in order to deliver an order the doctor should send. I have confronted the staff about the situation and they said they are understaffed and don't have time. So now I am in all likelihood going to be looking for a new primary. Avoid this place if you can.

They have continuously sent me bills every month despite the notes on my account stating my payment had been made. I have called their billing office at least once a month since March and am never helped- I get the run around that someone will call me back (while no one ever has).
