Very poor practice…read more They switch the receptionist up depending on how they want to handle things for that given day. Brenda is the nice one. He's puts his wife at the front desk and she's very nasty to deal with. After 5 years, he cut me off cold turkey, AFTER I MADE payment. Robbed me. In 5 years I have had 3 office visits, in simply call the phone make the payment and they call my narcotics in Xanas , Adderalllls and Subutex , All max doses max amount, Pill mill that you cannot trust, it's like dealing with dr, jekyl a d ms Hyde. They are crazy, one time they are nice, the. Mean, then overly nice, then they act dumb, multiple personalities. It has been terror going there, but he's kept me steadily addicted, now without watching, CUT OFF. I'm Very ill and going through detox badly, I even made. My payment . Kerry is crazy. They had my Bf work at their home and he did so much work, they didn't even want to pay, cheapskates. They don't keep normal hours, they show up slaratically. , they are truly nuts, month to month depending on if his wife Kerry is working the front desk or 1 of about 4 people, you never know what to expect . It's a real task getting meds called in after payments they always keep you stressed out. This medical practice should be investigated and shut down, I feel like Could be going into shock right now it's hard tontypen bc I'm so sick. And Kerry is yelling on the phone. I mean, after going for 5 years they act like they don't eve. Know me .

When you walk in that made me feel like a person and not just a number! We don't have insurance anymore and it was difficult to find a Drs office that would take Cash!! I had read several reviews and decided to give them a try ..... I first saw the NP and while I was with her, she smiled and actually listened to me and we had a real conversation which, I appreciated that. The ladies at the front desk are all smiling and made me feel at ease filling out the paperwork and checking out to make my next appointment! Getting a appointment is not a problem at all. It's easy to get seen even as a Nee patient which is great! What really got me was I could make my follow up with the NP or, with the One of the Drs!!!! What? At the last Drs office I went for 2 yrs and NOT 1 time have I been able to see the dr. I came in for my visit to today and wonderful

Let me preface by saying that I adore Dr. Witt. He is a wonderful and caring doctor and the only…read morereason I tolerate the office staff is because I would never want another doctor. That being said, when I need to schedule an appointment, the phone is answered immediately with "Can you hold?" After upwards of five minutes, I am then greeted by an exasperated person trying to rush me off the phone. My latest encounter was today, trying to schedule an appointment for my flu-riddled husband. The experience was so frustrating. I wound up speaking to the office manager who answered the transfer call immediately combative and unwilling to help. I eventually hung up feeling unwelcome. Needless to say, I will be finding another doctor for my husband. Ultimately, if you're willing to brave the cold office staff, Dr. Witt is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I am not your typical drug addict. I took my first opiate when I was admitted to Hospice in July…read more'22 with terminal Lymphoma. I had no cancer treatment whatsoever. The pain was unbearable and I started on Oxycodone, which would progress to Hydrocodone, Morphine and Hydromorphone for "breakthrough" pain. After 2 1/2 years in Hospice I was tested and found to be in spontaneous remission. No explanation for it: just a miracle. What followed after being discharged from Hospice was the most terrifying period of my life (I was at peace with dying of cancer). The prospect of spending months in rehab, detoxing from 260 mg of Morphine per day was too much. I got a taste of withdrawal when I'd forgotten to take my scheduled Morphine dose and it was, in a word, horrific. Then I discovered ANR online. I only had a limited supply of Morphine left and was concerned I wouldn't be eligible because of my unique situation. I called and they were able to expedite my approval for the procedure since I'd just had labs and bloodwork done. I completed the procedure in early March '25. The staff at ANR exhibited the highest level of professionalism and caring. The ICU nurses were amazing and believe me, I was a very high maintenance patient. I would spend longer in the hospital and have a much longer recovery but, if I could do it, anyone can. It took most of our savings, but I would do it all over again and am so grateful for ANR and my life free of opiates. This should be the first-line treatment for OUD and I'm making it my mission to ensure that happens. If you're thinking about treatment for your dependency/addiction, start with ANR and avoid multiple trips to rehab. You'll be so glad you did.
