I was told it wouldn't be an issue. I was left with a really splotchy brown color on the rest of my hair, with blue still coming through. The worst part was I was left with brown stripes in the blonde streak! It looked like grill marks! I was heart broken because the blonde was very over processed and straw like :( I would have never gotten the blonde streak if I knew it would be so damaged. I was left alone with my hair being bleached for a long time with no one checking up on me, so the bleach was left in too long. When they put the brown dye on, I was left with it running down my face as it was dripping a lot, and no one was around. I went back to get the grill marks bleached out, but they still left a brown stripe right on the top! I had to watch out when the wind blew my hair back because it looked so ridiculous. I didn't want to have to go back for the third time, especially when you have to pay $35 to have it blow dried to not walk out with a wet head for the mistakes they made I paid $250 dollars to have my hair completely botched. I don't know how to fix it either. I had a lot of medical issues a few years ago, so I lost a lot of my hair until recently. It took me years to grow my hair back to the point of being healthy, and it's so painful to be back at a point where I either damage it more to fix this mistake or live with my hair looking like this.

I unfortunately miscarried; had another appointment and the front desk switched the therapist and did not give me my preferred choice, which prompted me calling to request someone else. They told me not everyone does pregnancy massages--I calmly told them I no longer needed a pregnancy massage; the receptionist either didn't listen to me, didn't know what the loss of a baby was--I have no idea but I then had to explain, AGAIN, IN DETAIL, that there was no baby. I was appalled. I went again, a month later, and the "massage" I received shouldn't have been called that-it was a total joke--virtually no pressure even after stating medium to firm when asked. I tried cancelling my membership and was told I had to speak to management. Spoke to management and they asked why I was cancelling, so I explained the above. I kid you not, barely an apology for any of the above. In addition, after telling me I had one service left to use, they were sure to tell me that there is a $10 transfer fee for someone else to use it instead of me. A kind, "I'm so sorry this happened and I'm going to look into this" would have gone a really long way. Another note to management: if you are going to ask someone why they are cancelling, at least pretend to care.

I cover up the key pad and both women start to laugh. The card for whatever reason wouldn't go through (which didn't make sense because it absolutely had money on it) and she just said "oh it no work" and I'm like "right okay. I'm gonna go. This is weird." And she didn't even try to get me to stay, she just said "ok we see you next time" and I was like uh no. You won't. I called my bank to cancel my card. I'm not usually this paranoid, I'm a 25 year old broke college student working 2 jobs, so if they wanted to steal my life savings, they wouldn't get very far, but they were literally taking ALL of my information in this private back room and couldn't care less about taking my $70 for my massage. Let's start with the teeth. About a month ago I decided to finally splurge and go to my dentist for teeth whitening. It was $500, but I'm getting married so I thought why not. It took an hour, was extremely painful and barely made a difference. I then decided to try it at cryomist on a whim and in 15 minutes my teeth were white (but still looked natural) and had NO PAIN! And I have extremely sensitive teeth so this was pretty surprising. I then couldn't resist trying CryoTherapy because I've been hearing so many amazing things about it. I'm not gonna lie... it was FREEZING, but Jen talks you through the entire 3 minute process which kept me distracted from the cold. After, I felt energized and just amazing. Also, the weight loss is a nice perk :) All in all, I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
