I passed the exam on my first try and I owe it all to the him. Tim taught the course and kept us engaged the entire time. There was never a dull moment with Tim. Interacting with him during class was a great experience too because he shared plenty of his own real-life work in the Real Estate business which provided a clearer picture of what to expect in the future.
