Reserved a water slide about a week before. I mentioned I would pay max $175 so the lady on the phone said ok and told me the slide she would send. She called a few days later confirming the price and slide and day due to them being booked. Workers delivered the slide and said $185. I booked this company for a couple of their products for my brothers graduation. They were very polite on the phone even for me a deal for ordering two of their products. Very professional and responded to me quick. Paying was very easy, I didn't even have to be in person for anything. Just a phone call or text for everything set. The only thing I would say kinda bothered me was, well normally parties begin around 3-4? Pm and end around 9-10 maybe. I did ask for the order to arrive at 3 pm but it arrived at 12 but that was no problem, the problem was we weren't able to have it for a longer period of time, which was pretty lame. I did call to ask if we could possibly have it for an hour extra but it wasn't allowed so I had to pay an extra fee to have it overnight which I thought was a little high. So overall my experience was good but not great. I would just change the time spent with products to maybe overnight or later pick ups. Such great products so little time to enjoy. read more

While I was on the phone with a woman, maybe the owner, getting the info, I got interrupted and asked her to please hold for a minute. When I got back on the phone not even 1 minute later, she wasn't there because she hung up on me! I called back and the same woman answered. I said,"Hi, yes I was just on the phone with you? I was cut off by a truck towing a Joey's Jumping Castle trailer today. This truck turned from a right lane in front of a car which was in front of me, and both cars had to slam on their brakes, almost causing an accident. When I called to speak with someone about it (because the phone number is on the trailer), a woman answered and started yelling at me. I was not rude on the phone, I consider myself a professional and never curse at people or speak harshly because that doesn't solve problems, but I wanted someone to know what their business was representing on the road. The woman yelling on the phone further confirmed my belief that this company does not care to maintain a professional atmosphere. This is the 2nd year in a row we have used this company for our son's bday. Last year we got a completely different "bounce house" (it wasnt even a bounce house it was a mini obstacle course) than what I had ordered. I was completely disappointed but also exhausted and I told them it was fine. This year I called and asked for a bonce house with a slide. I was super clear about what I wanted and asked her what I should order and she said quote, " You need to look on our website and give me the name" I went through 5 different bounce house combos which she deterred me from for one reason or another (not available, monster high banner not removeable, that one is REALLY big and expensive, etc...) I was frustrated and didnt know why she couldnt just suggest something appropriate. By the time we decided on something I assumed it was a bounce house slide for 6 year olds LIKE I ASKED FOR OVER AND OVER AGAIN. What did I get this time????? A mini obstacle course for 2 and 3 year olds with a mini slide on each side. If you want to use this company be prepared for the 50% chance that you wont get what you ordered. Today my mom called back and asked them to fix it and the woman we ordered it from was completely rude and repeatedly demanded we talk to her in a nicer tone. I called back and told them I would pay for the mistake even though I didnt want to. At the end of the day its about my son having a good time at his birthday so i DID pay extra for them to change it and they did charge me more. We called to Joey's to rent a water slide for a party at a park in Visalia, CA. The lady I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable over the phone. I told her we needed a slide that was big enough for adults and it must have stairs for young children about 2 years old. I repeated OVER and OVER it must have stairs because we once rented one from another company that had no stairs and we had to carry the children up holding onto nothing but a rope. I was assured over and over all their slides have stairs. They DON'T!!!!! First of all the slide we received was way to small for adults. We had 2 adults try to go down but both slammed into the small pool to hard, not willing to do it again. The stairs that were promised were little squares sticking out almost like a rock wall.... I'm not sure how someone considers a rock wall stairs, but this company does. Again we were forced to carry all the children up so they could go down. It was horrible.
