At first the bounce house that was delivered was not the one I ordered, but it was no problem as the 2 young gentleman that set it up had no issues with taking it down and coming back with the correct one. I ordered the combo slide/bounce house for my sons 5th birthday. All the kids loved it. I will be ordering from them again next year. read more

This business has been great and consistent when it has come to our family parties. All the kids LOVE every bounce house we have ever rented and beg for more time. I can't get them off! They seem to have switched ownership and the new owners are just as great and reliable as ever. read more

Great communication. Needed a last minute bounce house and they far exceeded expectations. A small, family run business that really went out of their way to help me and my family out. I'd highly recommend Joey's to any party/ celebration in the Central Valley. read more

This bounce house company is family owned and they are sooo helpful, I called not knowing exactly what size or theme I wanted and I ended up reserving by the end of the phone call. They even accept Venmo deposits which made the process super easy. I will be renting from this company for my all of my kids birthdays from here on out. read more

My family and I have been using Joeys Jumping Castles for years and will continue to use their services for any Birthday party or event in the future. I recommend them to everyone! They're super professional, helpful, and super affordable. They also have a variety of different jumpers and other great things for any occasion. 5 stars all across! read more

The woman answering the phone at this business is very rude. Considering the pleasant tone you get from the website and the boasting of child happiness, you'd think that there might be a similar experience when you call. So for numerous reasons regarding her phone etiquette, and professionalism alone, my family will not be providing business to Joey's Jumping Castles. read more

RUDE!! Don't waste your money here they dropped bounce house at 1pm and came right at 6 to pick up them didn't even wait till the kids were all out and started taking it down and hit kids over the head with the deflating bounce house thier tables were dirty and all tapped on the corners with old dirty grey duct tape. Going to report them to the city as this is one of their two preferred vendors that's they only reason I went thru them read more

They go out of their way to provide the best service. Had a birthday party for my kids and they absolutely enjoyed the bounce house. They bring it on time and pick it up on time. Would definitely rent from them again for other parties! Recommend 20/10 read more

I've rented many units from them for birthday parties and other events. The drivers that drop off and set up the bounce houses are quick and efficient. The prices are good for the huge waterslides they have. My kids love the thrilling slides like the free fall it's so big adults can also get on! read more

I have rented bounce houses from joeys jumping castle for 2 years now and each birthday party in the future I will continue to use them. They have great prices, show up early and have a good selection of bounce houses to choose from. I highly recommend them! read more

Joey's Jumping Castle - Face Painting Near Me - Tulare, California

Reserved a water slide about a week before. I mentioned I would pay max $175 so the lady on the phone said ok and told me the slide she would send. She called a few days later confirming the price and slide and day due to them being booked. Workers delivered the slide and said $185. Pretty confused at that price difference, even though it was only $10. Upset at the fact I was told one price and had to pay another. The slides are great, the workers are also great. read more

I booked this company for a couple of their products for my brothers graduation. They were very polite on the phone even for me a deal for ordering two of their products. Very professional and responded to me quick. Paying was very easy, I didn't even have to be in person for anything. Just a phone call or text for everything set. The only thing I would say kinda bothered me was, well normally parties begin around 3-4? Pm and end around 9-10 maybe. I did ask for the order to arrive at 3 pm but it arrived at 12 but that was no problem, the problem was we weren't able to have it for a longer period of time, which was pretty lame. I did call to ask if we could possibly have it for an hour extra but it wasn't allowed so I had to pay an extra fee to have it overnight which I thought was a little high. So overall my experience was good but not great. I would just change the time spent with products to maybe overnight or later pick ups. Such great products so little time to enjoy. read more

Very poor service!!! They came very unprepared no tarps no straps we had to use ours!!! I called to explain I wasn't happy with the unit after a 2 min disagreement he unprofessionally hung up on me.. VERY BAD BUISNESS!!! read more

I called to inquire about having a party at their indoor facility. While I was on the phone with a woman, maybe the owner, getting the info, I got interrupted and asked her to please hold for a minute. When I got back on the phone not even 1 minute later, she wasn't there because she hung up on me! I called back and the same woman answered. I said,"Hi, yes I was just on the phone with you? We got disconnected somehow." And she said, "Yes, how can I help you?" Like she didn't know who I was! Super rude! They lost business from me for sure. read more

I was cut off by a truck towing a Joey's Jumping Castle trailer today. This truck turned from a right lane in front of a car which was in front of me, and both cars had to slam on their brakes, almost causing an accident. When I called to speak with someone about it (because the phone number is on the trailer), a woman answered and started yelling at me. I was not rude on the phone, I consider myself a professional and never curse at people or speak harshly because that doesn't solve problems, but I wanted someone to know what their business was representing on the road. The woman yelling on the phone further confirmed my belief that this company does not care to maintain a professional atmosphere. This company does not care about common courtesy and is not one that I would ever recommend. read more

We called to Joey's to rent a water slide for a party at a park in Visalia, CA. The lady I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable over the phone. I told her we needed a slide that was big enough for adults and it must have stairs for young children about 2 years old. I repeated OVER and OVER it must have stairs because we once rented one from another company that had no stairs and we had to carry the children up holding onto nothing but a rope. I was assured over and over all their slides have stairs. They DON'T!!!!! First of all the slide we received was way to small for adults. We had 2 adults try to go down but both slammed into the small pool to hard, not willing to do it again. The stairs that were promised were little squares sticking out almost like a rock wall.... I'm not sure how someone considers a rock wall stairs, but this company does. Again we were forced to carry all the children up so they could go down. It was horrible. Not at all as promised. read more

This is the 2nd year in a row we have used this company for our son's bday. Last year we got a completely different "bounce house" (it wasnt even a bounce house it was a mini obstacle course) than what I had ordered. I was completely disappointed but also exhausted and I told them it was fine. This year I called and asked for a bonce house with a slide. I was super clear about what I wanted and asked her what I should order and she said quote, " You need to look on our website and give me the name" I went through 5 different bounce house combos which she deterred me from for one reason or another (not available, monster high banner not removeable, that one is REALLY big and expensive, etc...) I was frustrated and didnt know why she couldnt just suggest something appropriate. By the time we decided on something I assumed it was a bounce house slide for 6 year olds LIKE I ASKED FOR OVER AND OVER AGAIN. What did I get this time????? A mini obstacle course for 2 and 3 year olds with a mini slide on each side. If you want to use this company be prepared for the 50% chance that you wont get what you ordered. Today my mom called back and asked them to fix it and the woman we ordered it from was completely rude and repeatedly demanded we talk to her in a nicer tone. I called back and told them I would pay for the mistake even though I didnt want to. At the end of the day its about my son having a good time at his birthday so i DID pay extra for them to change it and they did charge me more. Joey's Jumping Castle is a joke, take your hard earned money elsewhere. read more
