I went to several other locations as well, but I was pleased with the friendly nature of the staff and the fact that no one talked down to me because I was a girl. Yes, that still happens. They've been in business since 1931 and it's family owned and operated. The fact that they have been around for so long and still receive so many positive reviews is what swayed my decision to come here. I needed to have several parts repaired and replaced on the rear of my Mazda. So far it's all looking great and holding together well. I know that they guarantee their work so if I have issues, they aren't too far away. I'm confident that the team will fix anything if it comes up. They completed all repairs in just a few days which was amazing. The condition of my car was just as I had left it, no smudges or greasy hand prints that I have found. I'd definitely come back, but hopefully I won't need to!

Bill's Auto Tech (and Bill himself) are the best. I've owned classic Corvettes for the past 25…read moreyears and have been taking them to Bill for much of that time. I live in Grafton, about 40 miles away from his shop, and gladly trailer my cars 45 minutes each way for the quality service he provides. I wish I'd found him earlier. His guys always get the job done, they know exactly what to do and they make sure it's done right. On multiple occasions they've gone the extra mile for a repair. For example, I went to pick up my 1985 Corvette once and one of the techs was just finishing up hosing out the radiator ducting of leaves that had accumulated--and the repair wasn't even related to that. Bill knows Corvettes inside and out and, despite always being busy, is willing to take the time to talk about an issue and convey what he knows and recommends. I live in fear that he'll retire one day soon--I'm not sure who I'll trust my Vettes with in the future were that to happen. Yelp! I'm begging you not to sideline this review as "not recommended." This is a legitimate review based on years of experience and numerous transactions with the reviewed company.
