We called ahead, in order to give the restaurant adequate notice. It was a Monday night, the restaurant had TWO other parties in the general seating area. Upon arriving, we were seated to the private room. The private room accommodates well over 40+ people, however the room can be divided in half for smaller parties, which was our case. Half of the private room was set up - the other half was not, with the lights off. After arriving, we realized our party count was 26, rather than 20. With the other half of the private room empty, we decided to ask management to turn on the lights to the other half of the room, so that we could comfortably seat our party, of 6 extra people. After being directed to the manager, he rudely answered us that our party reservation was for 20 and he would not turn the lights on to the other half of the room. His demeanor was so incredibly rude, we were dumbfounded. The restaurant had multiple employees working. Rather than accommodate the extra 6 people, we asked the manager if he would like us to take our business elsewhere, to which he responded "yes". We left, extremely disappointed with the deplorable management and service. The manager, clearly, would rather have a near empty restaurant, than be grateful for the business. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!
