I pulled over and checked and things seem fine. However when I drive off and go faster, the car started hesitating. I pulled in a gas station but they didn't have any mechanic, just gas. So, when I saw Auto Zone, I pulled. I went in the store to ask if they could possibly help me Identify the issue. Although they are not mechanics, I was desperate and hoped that they can help me otherwise I have to go to the enterprise car rental in the morning and it would delay me from getting to the meetin on time in the morning. All kind of negative thoughts are going through my mind. Jacob came out and looked under the hood and nothing seemed wrong. He offered to drive the car but I asked him to seat in the passager seat so he can see if a wrong button was pressed or something and he still didn't have any clue what could be wrong. I told him that the problem only occurs after I reach 15-20 miles. He offered to drive the car with me. So, I drove in the parking lot and he knew what was wrong. He told me that I had accidently shifted in the manual gear and I was in the first gear and that's why the car was not going faster after certain speed. He helped me put the gear back in automatic and It worked great. It was a rental car so I wasn't very familiar with it and I was panicing. Thanks so much to Auto Zone and Jacob, I made it to dinner and the meeting next day on time. You saved the day Jacob. You Rock, Thanks so much.
