He knew the specs well, as I researched the car lots. He also updated me on the new Camry coming and took the time to show me all the % rates and let me shop. I felt no pressure. The car was spotless and pulled it right up for the test drive. Went on a good drive so I could get a good feel for the CVT transmission. The process was very enjoyable. All in all highly recommend going to see Brad. The dealership was clean and cars nicely laid out on the lot, and new stuff. Not a bunch of old stock that has been sitting for months, with rusty brakes a stuff, these cars were ready to drive. I came in the evening so I can't comment on service but I went in to check it out, was very clean and looked open, well laid out! Overall well worth the drive past 3 other Toyota stores to go here. Price was right, very happy!

Michael personally assisted in getting me into a clean, safe, reliable vehicle. I left my envoy for the services department to check into in the morning. I had received a phone call mid morning from Pete who informed me what the Tech found. He was knowledgeable when I asked questions and advised me on his recommendations with some pricing options. My vehicle was done before the end of the day so I returned the loaner and when I picked up my suv it was cleaner than when I dropped it off and I was treated like family. Michael has taught his employees well on how to live up to his slogan. "Michaels, dealer for the people!"

It is making the most horrendous noises that I am afraid to drive it until I have it fixed & the exhaust issue as well. These cars are all put thru inspections before they are sold to atleast be certain they are safe to drive. They could not predict the gasket on the exhaust breaking but there is absolutely NO CHANCE they were unaware of the terrible condition of the shocks & struts (and possibly more, I wont know until my mechanic gets it underneath it). The manager said to me not once, not twice but THREE TIMES "The car is sold as is" and it gave me a terrible feeling as if he already knew there was an expensive issue with the car. He did. All I asked for was something safe & reliable being I am an older single woman. DO NOT GO TO MICHAELS, These reviews arent wrong. I am not the first person they sold a car to knowing it had or would have issues. I've also been waiting 40 days for my tags. I was made to pay $122 right then, when purchasing the vehicle for the tags, I asked them to mail them to me being I dont make it up there often & work a lot. I was lied to repeatedly "it was mailed" X days ago, and I STILL dont have my plate.

Our power steering and basically everything else shut down but we were able to get to Main Street Garage. They were so kind and helpful, not even just with the car but also transportation and finding a hotel. Pricing was good and they finished earlier than we were expecting so we could get on our way. Dale even drove our car to us so we didn't have to navigate a cab or uber with our kids. Our situation sucked, but we got SO lucky to find Main Street Garage to help us!

I highly recommend them for your consideration when looking at various auto glass services. In my case I had a power window on driver side that was not functioning and of course found in research this was a problem with G35 vehicles, My next issue was how to get it fixed properly. While there is no local Infiniti dealer and like most Vehicle manufactures if you get the part, it is going to be exhorbitant in cost and expensive to have them repair. While with some quick research I found out that NOVUS GLass have experience in these repairs. And yes as most reviews people have submitted they are very professional and friendly and I can only say that if you are in need of similar auto glass services, I can attest to their great service and confirm the same as others that you will be pleased.
