In such high quantities of overstock and discontinued items, they can afford to resell everything at lower prices. They claim up to 70% savings over other stores. Pretty impressive. We didn't see many household names or popular products, but a lot of low prices. It's a large store with a wide variety to choose from. Everything being so new, there's some bugs to be worked out, but it seems to be running well. It goes without saying it's a clean store, including the restrooms. When my husband called and explained that it wasn't working since they fixed it, he was given another quote for the same repairs. Each time I go to the gardening section there is no one "in the field" to answer questions or give advice. When I entered the store and asked a specific question the worker rattled off a bunch of plant names that would work for me but didn't offer to help or show me where they were. I was left to peruse the thousands of plants out there and hunt and peck on my own. When I did get to the check out counter I was standing behind a man being served. Another person walked up to the counter on the other side and was served before me. I found it hard to believe that I wasn't noticed standing there as the man in front of me and I were having a conversation -- triggering receptors of sight and sound. They had a great promotion going on with the purchase of four appliances and 0% financing to boot. David printed off quotes and even showed me the online prices at other retailers, which I could have looked up myself, but he saved me the time. They will meet or beat those prices. After I took all the information home to show my husband, David was quick to respond to questions via email or text. Fortunately, my husband was as dissatisfied with our appliances as I was and we went ahead with the purchase. The delivery guys were very nice and efficient. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. I would shop there again as I like sales people who are working for a sale, are full of information, but are not too pushy.
