He has a Chrysler 300 and went to get a standard oil change, but came home with oil leaking out of the car and a cap that didn't fit. The employees "warned" him that this might happen but my issue is why would you even service his car if you knew there was a high possibility of your product not working? Why would you chance it? You're supposed to be the experts. Now my fiancé is screwed, out of $80 for a botched oil change, and has to go out and spend more money to fix their mistake because apparently you guys can't do anything else for him.

Not sure what world they live in, but that is not acceptable customer service. As it turned out, I took my truck to Szott Dodge and they put it on the lift and diagnosed it for no charge. That's how you treat customers not trying to rip them off.
