The studio has a warm and friendly atmosphere with friendly guys and their dogs welcoming you as soon as you enter. They have a few different rooms and setups for different photoshoot requirements/needs. Jeff took about two dozen pictures of me and went through them with me to choose the best one, then he went over the specific sizing requirements for Japanese passport and cropped the picture accordingly. The whole process took probably about 30 minutes and the photo came out great, and I very much enjoyed my time there. At every turn, from the unfiltered and unedited amateur photography to the lame "Customer Service" who are closed on weekends, I was given back photos with such dark unedited images, ones that looked like black mold on the walls. Each time they so called edited them, they continued to send back unedited. When they did return them the virtual photography was so bland, as to appear in B&W. Today, after 1 week from the shoot, I was sent photos in random order with some missing. Horrible CSR and a no caring company , only to take your money.. I hope they go out of business soon.
