The person led me back to the lesson area and I waited for about 15 minutes (not happy that my appointment started late but whatev). I chose Sharon because when I called to book the appointment, I was told she has the most experience with newbies and old people (Haha! YES, I'm an old person, Gen-Xer here. I told them I needed an instructor who had patience). Sharon was great with explaining a few key tips and showed me the E, F and G keys. It was a helpful lesson, I did learn some new things and before I left the lesson area she gave me a printout of the notes to practice then walked me to the front.
