I was there yesterday and a transgender female customer cut in line (rather than waiting in the cue she went straight to a check-out) She was dressed in a skirt and tank top and when the cashier who was directing the cue noticed that she had cut into the line the cashier yelled "SIR! you have to line up with everyone else". The woman was visibly upset by being called out and she just stayed in the line - I was advised to wait behind her. As the woman waited a gaggle of staff (near the Customer Service desk) proceeded to giggle, point and send other staff over to mock and ogle her. Once the woman left I proceeded. The the cashier directing the line apologized - to me. I was so disgusted that I am considering not going back to Dewe's. Grow UP! I have never been so embarrassed to be part of this community.

Wonder how many $ they made on garbage that others would have bought. There were many bags of it there. I don't think anyone would have gotten food poisoning because you couldn't get it past your nose. I will never buy meat there again and will question a lot of there other fresh products too.

On this occasion, they once again had no soup, only a very few donuts, none of which I liked (empty shelves), and I could not even get a sandwich because there were "no more buns". My understanding is that all Tim Horton's are open 24 hours. So what possible excuse could they have for running out of food at 9 pm? Why aren't there donuts, buns to make a sandwich with, at least one soup? This "We don't have any apple fritters left", we have no soup, we have no sandwiches, etc. etc. has happened once too often. I left with nothing, hungry and annoyed. Something wrong when a restaurant that is open 24 hours can't be bothered to make donuts or soup or keep buns on hand to make a sandwich by the early evening.
