    My mom had her mind set on purchasing a Ford Bronco and luckily this location had several to choose from. Unfortunately, I do not live in the same state so seeing everything in person made it challenging. Her salesman Dean Sidener was so patient and communicated the information we needed in a timely matter. We managed to work out a deal to the price we were willing to pay immediately. He made the process so much less painful than most dealerships. We understand they have a business to run but he took such good care of her with no unnecessary constant haggling. Very happy with her purchase. She came back in today to add tint to her windows. He's taking the time out his day and possible sales to make sure she receives a smooth process. Thank you Dean!

I actually changed my mind from a red EX-L to the red Sport-L in less than two minutes, and she handled it perfectly without any hesitation. She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. * The Financial Manager was also a pleasure to work with. He was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I really appreciated that he didn't pressure me at all; he just took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood my coverage, like the Honda Care and GAP. * Finally, a big thanks to the General Manager, Michael Miller. He has been personally following up to ensure every single detail went smoothly and that I was 100% satisfied with my visit. The car is wonderful and the service was world-class. My son was living in Columbia last year while attending Mizzou and the catalytic converter was stolen off our CRV. We filed an insurance claim and chose the dealer to do the work to ensure it was done correctly. We got the car back pretty quickly and the initial interaction was positive. Our service advisor (Michelle) was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, about six months later the engine light came on. The car was back in St. Louis by then, so we took it to a local place and were told that the catalytic converter installed was not a genuine (OEM) Honda part and had failed, and they actually could not do the repairs because of that. We called Columbia Honda, explained the situation, and they told us to bring it back and they'd repair the car correctly. We did that and they had the car for about a week and a half. When we picked it up, Michelle told us that the genuine Honda part had been installed, welds had been fixed, and it the warranty was good for a year from that date (September 2025). Unfortunately, none of this was true and the catalytic converter failed again six months later. When we called and spoke to the service manager (Aaron), we were told they'd work with a local Honda dealer to get the repair done correctly this time. We took it to a local Honda dealership and were quoted $4400 for the repair. Our new service advisor called Columbia Honda and they will not work with the local dealer on the repair and we're told now that the warranty on their work is expired. We specifically chose Columbia Honda expecting quality workmanship and honesty, but feel like we didn't get either one.

When I purchased the vehicle about 2-3 years ago, it already had visible hail damage. At the time of the sale, I was advised by the financing agent not to mention the damage because it could interfere with the deal going through. As someone who didn't have much experience buying vehicles and trusted the dealership staff to guide me honestly, I followed that advice. About a year after purchasing the vehicle, it began randomly shutting off while I was driving, which was both alarming and unsafe. I took it in to be checked and was initially told it might related to a software update. Later, I was told it could be related to transmission issues. When I contacted the dealership to ask whether the vehicle had any type of warranty or if they could help address the issue, I was told there was no warranty and received little assistance. I essentially felt left to deal with a serious problem on my own after only owning the vehicle for about a year. Now that I am trying to trade the vehicle in, I'm dealing with what turned out to be transmission problems. My significantly lower trade-in value due to this and hail damage that was already present when I purchased it. I am also still paying on the loan, and the vehicle's value is far below what I owe. People don't go to a dealership expecting to purchase a temporary vehicle. When you commit to financing a car, you expect reliability and honesty about its condition. Unfortunately, I feel like I was sold a vehicle with issues that I was not fully informed about. As a customer--especially a young women who walked in trusting the dealership's honesty and expertise--I expected transparency and guidance. Instead, I feel like important information about the vehicle's condition may have been withheld during the sale. I hope the dealership takes situations like this seriously and works to improve how they communicate with and support their customers.

Locked in a…read moredeal and was waiting for paperwork tonight (20240927) for a couple of hours to ultimately receive a text saying the miles were no longer 19,872 as offered... they were over 23,000" not a small difference, yet "Greg" the manager offered me $400 off the prior price quoting $0.15 per mile of value when BMW charges 25 cents per mile over on a lease. When I confronted him with this he said, "sorry we can't do better..." Nothing but good things to say about Dusty, but when a manager will lie about the value and try to hamstring you over an undisclosed 3000 mile difference.... Says something about the trust and reliability of the dealership. Relationships are built on trust. I cannot trust Greg or this dealership. Buyer beware.

    No nonsense - Fair - Out the door…read more The team of Brian, Novy, and Micah helped us purchase 2 cars in the last 2 years. They can help you before you even hit the lot. Transparency is very important to me and I don't want to be caught up in "Car Salesman" antics. The team was straight up and made sure we got what we wanted for the right price. The dealership is very accessible and they don't mind assisting guests with any special needs. After Nate and his manager refused to honor a fair out-the-door price--even using the "Bad Cop" routine to claim the manager didn't like the original offer--I walked out. Ten minutes later, the "final" offer I had just walked away from was suddenly extended via text. When I didn't bite, Nate texted me on Saturday claiming the car had been "sold" for the higher internet price. The text: Unfortunately that vehicle has sold today at the online price. Let me know if you see anything else on our website that you might like. This was a complete fabrication. The vehicle (Stock #T7306970 / VIN: KNDPVDDG4T7306970) was never sold. It sat on the lot the entire time while they used fake scarcity and "ghost sales" to try and pressure me back in. They also attempted to hide fees in the fine print and inflated doc fees beyond the stated price in their fine print. I ended up buying exactly what I wanted elsewhere without the headache. If you want transparency and a dealership that doesn't play 1980s-style sales games, this is not the place. I called their bluff, and I suggest you do the same.
