I live no where close, so the company just billed me directly. They let my mom know they were on the roof, took care of cleaning and adjusting the gutter guards all at a very reasonable cost. Super nice guy who could have taken advantage of the situation since I'm 1000 miles away. Overall a very positive experience, reasonably priced , would call again for this and their other home services. Ask for Taylor, I think she runs the office if not the company. Thanks Taylor.!

When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work. Josh called prior to getting into our home and said he was running about 30 minutes late, which to me is huge because nowadays most people won't even bother calling you. Josh arrived and I showed him what had to be done and he was quick to get to work. He reattached the facia that was pulled away and also inspected the roof to see if there was any other damage but said everything else looked good. I can't speak highly enough of these folks as I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have dealt with some real characters in the past, but these guys are top shelf. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing work even the small jobs. Hats off guys and thanks again for taking care of our project.

Juan is a good sales person as well as being easy to talk to and well educated in his line of work. We worked through the fixes and now waiting on them to return to complete the work. It would have been beneficial if the gutter installers/schedulers/ would inquire about any other work scheduled to occur that might affect gutter install so as to not have to deal with a situation like mine.

We followed their recommendation, worked with a plumber, and then had DLV make some other small fixes they'd recommended. They didn't charge extra for that, they just took the initiative. Also had a great experience with the scheduling staff. The first crew turns out to be subcontracted (even though DLV's salesman emphatically stated they don't subcontract), it was this crew who refused to install the hip shingles because the color clashed so badly. After waiting six weeks for the correct hip shingles to arrive through the hail and storms of April they then send a second subcontracted crew. Of course the second crew neglects to trim back the material at the ridge vents creating complete blockage, I bring this to DLV's attention and they argue with me, I say I'm bringing in an engineer, and they say let's have a certainteed inspector look at it for my 5-star warranty, of course the inspector sides with me. Stay away, far, far, away. This Asheville, NC DLV organization, sucks, plain and simple. I would have been better off with a storm chaser, stay far, far away. James, are you listening?
