    So I had to wait 3 weeks, granted 2 of those were mine (couldn't pay for them the Thursday so I had…read moreto wait till Tuesday to order them which sucked) but my biggest complaint is the optometrist went on vacation the same day I was supposed to get my glasses, and she was gone for a week I called and asked if I could get them anyway and they said I couldn't without the optometrist who woudlnt be back to the next Thursday, first off why didn't they have a backup optometrist? So she decides to go on vacation (which is fine obviously) and what everyone who needs glasses or contacts now has to wait a whole nother week? Why would they not have a back up optometrist? I wasn't able to go shopping or drive or even work because of it (my old pair broke hence why I ordered new ones) and why is only the optometrist allowed to give them to me, she asked my name asked if they fit and sent me on my way are you telling me no one else could have done the same thing took 30 seconds. Ended up developing anxiety and now if I dont wear my glasses for an hour I start to get stressed and anxious. Honestly

I trusted Dr. Kassels for two years until I realized he…read moreassumed I had a punctal plug which is something he could have seen if he took time to do a thorough exam. During every appointment, Dr. Kassels attitude and bedside manner was such that it made me feel I was wasting his time. Additionally, either the prescription was wrong for my glasses or his optician did not submit the order correctly. The progressive lens is not aligned correctly. To be able to read with the glasses I have to push them up. Adjusting the frames does not help. No one at Dr. Kassels office has done anything to correct the problem. If I was the only person having experienced the same treatment, I wouldn't write a review; however, several people are having problems with their glasses prescriptions and are receiving poor service. If I could choose zero stars, I would.
