That's fine, I'll find another doctor, but I hope this reaches someone who cares about how the front office treats potential new patients. The front desk represents the entire practice, and this experience left a very poor impression. I will NOT be going to see any doctor in this group unfortunately and not all. We're bad but I can never guarantee I wouldn't have to deal with Tammy or Cindy so just to keep the peace I'll go somewhere else.

So she decides to go on vacation (which is fine obviously) and what everyone who needs glasses or contacts now has to wait a whole nother week? Why would they not have a back up optometrist? I wasn't able to go shopping or drive or even work because of it (my old pair broke hence why I ordered new ones) and why is only the optometrist allowed to give them to me, she asked my name asked if they fit and sent me on my way are you telling me no one else could have done the same thing took 30 seconds. Ended up developing anxiety and now if I dont wear my glasses for an hour I start to get stressed and anxious. Honestly

During every appointment, Dr. Kassels attitude and bedside manner was such that it made me feel I was wasting his time. Additionally, either the prescription was wrong for my glasses or his optician did not submit the order correctly. The progressive lens is not aligned correctly. To be able to read with the glasses I have to push them up. Adjusting the frames does not help. No one at Dr. Kassels office has done anything to correct the problem. If I was the only person having experienced the same treatment, I wouldn't write a review; however, several people are having problems with their glasses prescriptions and are receiving poor service. If I could choose zero stars, I would.

They held my glasses for two weeks before I called to find out they had been sitting there for a week. The lenses were not correct. They ordered new lenses and then broke my frames putting in the new lenses. They refuse to expedite the shipping and made me wait 2 weeks for my $600 glasses plus they damaged the lens. When I went into pick up new frames I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service they provide. I was told to leave or the would call the police to have me trespassed all because they don't accept criticism. Please spend your money some place else.

My appointment was at 8:45 a.m. I checked in on time but wasn't called back until 9:35 a.m. After brief preliminary checks, I sat in the exam room with no updates. At 10:15 a.m., I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told there were still two families ahead of me. A delay of this length without communication or the option to reschedule shows poor scheduling and a lack of respect for patients' time. I won't be returning to the Muscle Shoals location or the Florence location for future visits.
