1 Star - Extremely Unprofessional & Failed to Represent Me I…read morehad a very disappointing experience with this realty firm as a landlord. A lease was terminated before the tenant ever moved in, yet the firm is refusing to return the payment I made to them for a security deposit that was given by the tenant. They are claiming they do not need to provide specific details regarding payment handling or refunds in the contract, which is concerning and unacceptable. Even worse, during the termination process, the tenant became threatening, and instead of representing my interests as their client, my realtor openly took the tenant's side, telling the tenant she was "on her side." The realtor also rewrote the contract in the tenant's favor, rather than advocating for me as the property owner. I was repeatedly pressured to rush and sign documents, including receiving emotional phone calls urging me to sign quickly, without proper explanation or protection of my interests. This is not how a professional realtor should behave, especially when they have a fiduciary duty to their client. I felt completely unsupported, misrepresented, and financially put at risk. I would strongly caution any landlord or property owner to think twice before trusting this firm to represent them.

After my husband said to me, "if you want that new house we saw, you need to find a better realtor than the first person." I thought, I remember seeing"Nicole Freer" all over Katy and thinking, this lady must work really hard, so I gave them a call. Nicole and Doug came over the same day to view our home and we hit it off. They were the right fit for our style and personalities. After discussing listing price, we found it refreshing to get a clear and fair potential listing price from Doug. Our house was listed right away with two open houses that weekend. Each day of the open house, we had 40+ families walk through our home with multiple offers and an accepted offer in a week. Our new home that they negotiated on our behalf, still holds the record for the highest appraisal over purchase price to date. Just call and ask them ;) Nicole and Doug will be honest and work hard for your listing and purchase. Their team has some of the hardest working folks around. You can't go wrong with the Nicole Freer Group

Ben will show up for you!!!!…read more As first-time homebuyers, we honestly didn't know what to expect going into the process, especially with new construction, builders, lenders, deadlines, walkthroughs, and a million documents to sign. From day one, Ben Chin brought an incredible level of energy and focus that immediately put us at ease. He stayed on top of every single detail. He made sure we signed every document on time, met every deadline, and understood what we were committing to. He was also proactive in reaching out to the builder and lender to make sure they upheld their timelines and responsibilities. We never felt like we were chasing anyone, he was always one step ahead. What stood out most was how attentive he was to both of us. He took the time to make sure we felt completely comfortable throughout the process, encouraging us to ask as many questions as we needed and patiently walking through details until everything made sense. We never felt rushed or brushed off, which meant a lot as first-time buyers making such a big decision. Even after closing, Benj didn't disappear. He continued guiding us on next steps like registering warranties, filing for our homestead exemption, and best practices as new homeowners. That kind of follow-through is rare. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but with Benjamin, it felt organized, supported, and handled. He's a star, and we will never question whether we chose the right realtor. If you're considering working with him, especially as a first-time buyer, don't hesitate!

Avoid Fabiola Dueñas at Forza Real Estate - Untrustworthy and Biased Realtor…read more Working with Fabiola Dueñas from Forza Real Estate was a nightmare from start to finish. She never had our best interests in mind and constantly pressured us to buy a Highland Home simply because her husband works there. It was obvious her priority was making extra money for her family, not helping us find the right home. When we raised concerns or asked questions during the buying process, Fabiola made us feel like we were being unreasonable. She never supported us and sided with the builder every single time, prioritizing her relationship with them over us as her clients. We had to negotiate everything ourselves--she was no help at all. Even when it came to selling our home, she tried to list it way below market value so she could sell it quickly and brag about closing in less than a week. Her focus was on making a fast sale, not getting us the best price. When we refused her lowball strategy, she went as far as threatening to cancel our contract, forcing us to either comply or find a new realtor and pay higher commissions. Fabiola is dishonest and manipulative, bringing in false information from the builder and constantly pushing us to buy a Highland Home, even when we clearly didn't want to. Anything we shared with her was immediately relayed back to the builder, destroying our ability to negotiate fairly. If you're considering working with Fabiola Dueñas or Forza Real Estate, stay far away. She's unethical, biased, and will not represent your interests. She'll only protect the builder and her own profits. We had a terrible experience, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else. Avoid at all costs!

I can't stand spam calls and pretty much every time I looked online for houses so I would have an idea what to expect we were always contacted by another realtor. I told Allison upfront I was a planner and preferred not to be contacted on a regular schedule and that I would contact her when we were ready. She assured me that our privacy would be respected and when other realtors contacted me from my online searches I made sure to let them know I was working with Allison and that stopped all the annoying spam texts & calls. So we are officially empty nesters now and a lot closer to pulling the trigger. Allison has answered the questions I have had since last year without ever trying to push us to make a decision sooner. I'm sure it's hard to get leads and with the market not ideal realtors seem more aggressive than usual. But I originally let Allison know if she wanted to text once a month or if there was something she saw on the market that looked like a fit for us to email it to me. She has kept her promise, answering all my questions about location, new construction in our area & Eado area. I highly recommend her and appreciate her non aggressive but still very professional and helpful approach! Thank you Allison! You're amazing and I hope you get some great clients!!

Since we had reached out to another realtor through my sister realtor in Denver, who left us flat, I was concerned about another realtor being able to be available, not only to show me the homes but keep my sister in the loop on all the properities we were reviewing. She immediatly put "our" minds at ease. She hit the ground running and continued to provide current information to my sister and me. Checking in daily as things became available and changes in homes we had previewed. By the time my sister arrived (one week later) to look at the homes the perfect home was on the list and purchased.
