But, hasn't been able to resolve the problem. If they are going to advertise free wifi they need to get it working. They offer high speed Internet for a reasonable price but, I have no use for high speed I just want to watch my smart TV that I can only watch if I have an Internet connection.

I requested they look at the door and at first the customer service response was great. However, the maintenance guy claims he "fixed" it and said he can 'lift it with one arm'. It doesn't work better at all. I requested they look at it again and basically have just been insulted by being told it's fine (when they can't know that because it's locked) and being ignored. It seems since I'm female they assume it's me. I expect it to be harder for me, but I've taken my sons and other men out there and they all think the door is ridiculously difficult to raise. No way anyone could store an RV there because you have to force the door up every inch. I'm disappointed. If they're going to have to fix it for the next renter, why not fix it for me? My advice- check your door BEFORE you rent! And don't expect much once you're in.
