Good selection of items. They do not really carry the Big & Tall sizes anymore at the store. There was only one salesperson.

It has been a few years since I shopped at the Polo Outlet and it will probably be a few more years…read morebefore I go back. As a former employee in the late ninties at a location that was closed a decade ago, I grade their store on how I was once trained to work there. Walking in the store was generally well stocked. I understand that during the holiday season it can be hard to keep things folded and organized as one person can destroy an hours work in five minutes. At this visit the shelves and racks were a mess and based on my experience it seemed as if they were extremely understaffed. There is no way that five employees can assist customers, run registers, and maintain the store. My customer service interaction was nonexistant. It seemed like several customers had employees monopolized as personal shoppers. Meaning the employee basically spent the entire ten minutes I was in the store with a single customer preventing them from working with anyone else. As an employee or a manager you need to train or understand how to work the room to keep everyone happy. More employees on the clock as well as better employee management would make every customers experience better. I think Polo use to carry a lot of higher quality merchandise in their stores. In the old days you use to get a lot off season first runs instead of made for the outlet lower quality lines. I understand that the bottom line is very important to the health of the company, but so is customer service, value that is real or perceived, and quality merchandise are just as important. I really wish I could rate this trip higher as I really like Polo, but unfortunately I think they failed to meet their own standards and as a result my own as well.

From someone that spent six years through high school and college working retail at the outlets every summer and holiday season, we always had all hands on deck but we never had a parking lot as empty as this one was. With all that said I thought they had a good selection of merchandise for everyone and still had a good choice of sizes for each item. At the same time the inventory on the floor was a hodgepodge of sizes on the racks and the clothes were dishelved and unfolded so it was a real pain to find your size when you found something you liked. I was in the store for a little over fifteen minutes and I saw two employees. One never left the register and the second seemed like she would rather be anywhere but Under Armour. I got my gift, but I did not get a happy holidays. As far as the Under Srmour Outlet goes I think they put a lot of first runs in their outlets or they manufacture a similar made for the outlet in quality as they do as a regular items for the big box department store. I think their prices are in general pretty good and their sales are pretty good if you hit them early when they have all the sizes in stock.

It's is a good mall. I visited on the last Saturday of March 2026 and during the first weekend in May 2026 for business. PARKING -- There are alot of free parking options outside at the parking lot. SHOPPING -- Plenty of shops to choose from such as J.Crew, Victoria's Secrets, Yankee Candle, Kopper Popper (popcorn store), Apple (foe cell phones, headphones, and laptops), Auntie Anne's (pretzels), etc. FOOD -- There is a food court here that has about 5 different type of restaurants. I noticed Sbarro (pizza), Charley's Philly Steaks (Philly cheesesteak sandwiches), and Asian Chao (Chinese food). I've tried food from Asian Chao which was good - I got rice, some vegetables, and I believe chicken in a to-go plastic container. If you live in the area then visit Summit Mall. There are activities for children (a playground inside) which is probably what is keeping the mall alive considering that online shopping is on the rise. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 78/250 total reviews in 2026 - 919 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 13 May 2026

I love shopping here for men because they have great quality sweaters made from cotton, not acrylic or polyester. All of their clothing and shoes are designed with comfort in mind. I am a fan of their super comfortable leather shoes. They are currently having a great sale on boots, shoes and sandals and although they did not have the sandals that I wanted in my size, I found a great pair of shoes. I initially saw these shoes and thought that they would be great for my daughter who needed a comfortable pair of shoes that would pair well with pants. I tried them on to evaluate their comfort level and OMG, these shoes were incredible! I not only purchased a pair for my daughter, I had to get a pair for myself. Customer service was great today and you really should make a trip to this outlet store, soon. ***Bass carries accessories such as bags, socks and jewelry as well.

This is a super cool public market hall in downtown Sandusky with maybe 15ish (just a guess) local businesses like a bakery, bowling alley, axe throwing game space, ice cream shop and boutiques. This is a cool place to spend an hour or two just browsing and supporting local while grabbing some dessert. The building has some type of history to it which I was unable to readily find online (boo, that is so odd). But the history is paid homage in the design of this space, with old timey photos of Sandusky and Cedar Point blown up on the walls and little stories to accompany them. The design is actually brilliant. It's a cool mixture of old school heritage meets modern rustic vibes. It makes you want to stop and look. The businesses in this building are open during the pandemic, just make sure to check with each business directly before visiting as most of the hours are likely changed.
