The staff was all around very knowledgeable on fitting me for the right type of shoe that will keep me healthy and injury free. Erica and Eboney are dedicated, sun, snow or rain Tuesday nights and early Saturday mornings they show up with the motivation I need, even I try to blend into the background. The store in Rocky River offers a great selection of running gear and nutrition. The shoe selection for my taste is a bit limited, but if you need an experienced fitting the team at Fleet Feet are the go to, recording the save, taking down your step and stride so you don't walk out with any old pair of shoes. I frequently heard the staff making suggestions to people on what could be done if the boot they tried on didn't fit right, such as insoles, wider size, etc. I also liked that they weren't trying to steer anyone to their most expensive boots, they pretty much just left people alone until they needed help or asked for a particular size. After I tried on a pair I liked, I walked around the store for a bit. Huge collection of Carhartt clothes, jeans, jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc. It also looked like they carried about any accessory you would need for your footwear like boot oil, insoles, laces, etc. This is not the most convenient place for me to shop as it's about 45 minutes from where I live, but I'll certainly stop in from time to time, and definitely if I need more work shoes or boots!

From someone that spent six years through high school and college working retail at the outlets every summer and holiday season, we always had all hands on deck but we never had a parking lot as empty as this one was. With all that said I thought they had a good selection of merchandise for everyone and still had a good choice of sizes for each item. At the same time the inventory on the floor was a hodgepodge of sizes on the racks and the clothes were dishelved and unfolded so it was a real pain to find your size when you found something you liked. I was in the store for a little over fifteen minutes and I saw two employees. One never left the register and the second seemed like she would rather be anywhere but Under Armour. I got my gift, but I did not get a happy holidays. As far as the Under Srmour Outlet goes I think they put a lot of first runs in their outlets or they manufacture a similar made for the outlet in quality as they do as a regular items for the big box department store. I think their prices are in general pretty good and their sales are pretty good if you hit them early when they have all the sizes in stock.

I've been in many Amish doors but I've never had two women follow me and my husband like they did and it was so obvious ! Never again!!
