After my original issue with seeking employment through this company, I was completely unhappy and…read morewas planning on staying completely away from them. Unfortunately I was unable to because they tend to deal with the area of employment I am good at! Lucky for me, a position opened up in October of this last year and I was able to get my resume sent straight through to the company that had a position open, I had an interview the following day and a job within the next day. The communication on their part was quite good, if not overwhelming. Although I had a bad experience in the first place, its seems as though they taken my issues on board and have reconciled them. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing a medical receptionist position!

With this place I went the second way, simply because the offices from the outside looked pretty professional, and I needed somebody to do my tax. It turns out that they were pretty good, and weren't all that expensive either, so I guess I why lucky in this instance. In fact every year since I have come back because they did the job properly and managed to complete my tax return pretty efficiently. There are three partners in this office, and I must say that I found Rick to be the best as he is very friendly, quite chatty, and will always do his homework before your appointment. Sure, I only ever use an accountant once a year, and it's always good to know that you are going to get a good service with no nasty surprises. The problem is that the good ones are also quite popular, and sometimes you need to get in early.

Review: Serious concerns about transparency and "open box" practices - proceed with caution…read more I am posting this review so other consumers can make an informed decision before purchasing from Centre Com. I attended the Centre Com Nunawading store intending to purchase a new laptop. I was advised by staff that it would be quicker to order the same model online rather than wait in store, so I followed that advice. At the time of purchase, the laptop was presented as a normal product listing. It did not state that it was "open box" or second-hand. After the purchase was completed, the situation changed. My receipt later showed the item as "open box", and the product link was removed entirely rather than remaining live as "sold out" or "no longer available", which is the usual retail practice. That alone raised serious concerns about transparency. When the laptop arrived, it was clearly not new. The internal seal was broken, protective packaging was missing, and there were visible scratches on both the casing and the screen. This is not consistent with what most consumers would reasonably understand as a simple "open box" item. A scratched display indicates prior use or handling beyond inspection. I contacted Centre Com immediately with photos and requested an exchange. Instead of addressing the condition of the product, I was repeatedly told that scratches and visible damage were "consistent with open box". This position was maintained despite the fact that "open box" was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. By the time a refund was eventually offered, sales events had ended, leaving me financially worse off. The handling of the matter, the shifting description of the product after purchase, and the refusal to provide a like-for-like replacement have left me with serious concerns about Centre Com's practices. I am now pursuing the matter through formal consumer channels. Advice to other buyers: Do not assume products are new unless it is explicitly stated at checkout. Be cautious with any listing that later changes description or disappears. Get written confirmation of condition before purchasing, or consider alternative retailers. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to help others avoid a similar situation.

The Elsternwick store is a bit on the small side so the range can sometimes be a bit limited, but the Clayton Super Store is like a Bunnings. If they haven't got it - it hasn't been invented yet.

Job was a vacate clean with carpet steam clean. Cleaners where late because they stopped for coffee…read morebecause apparently 8am was early morning, then asked to be paid up front and refused to start until I paid the $550 against my gut feeling I paid. I received a phone call from the estate agent a few days later advising the carpet had not been cleaned and other parts of the house including the shower oven and architraves weren't clean. Upon contacting the company they claimed the agent was being unreasonably picky and refused to re clean the town house. On their paper work they guarantee their work and bond back or they re clean. This did not happen. The agent and cleaner had a discussion and the cleaner admitted to the agent they had not cleaned the carpet at as they thought it was too low quality. The cleaner flat out refused to honor their bond/re clean guarantee. As a consequence the agent had to employ another cleaner at a cost of $595 to me. This was taken from my bond, I forwarded the receipt to the cleaner in vague hope of reimbursement. I am disgusted with the way I was treated and I now have a black mark against my me on my rental history. First time in 15yesrs my bond was not returned in full. Do not trust this company at all, they are unprofessional, charge for work not done, don't honor their guarantee and have a low standard of cleanliness. Can not stress enough to not trust this company.
